this is exactly what i was looking for after my boyfriend and i sparked a conversation about clover. why though, are they purple in Italy and white here? crazy.

If you look closely you will notice some purple color in the white clover. When I first ran these experiments I was expecting to see a slight purple color in the microwaved extract
