Bridal Cake
Ingredients List:
Four eggs
A cups of granulated sugar
1.5 cups of flour (160 g)
A pack of baking powder
A pack of vanilla
To sauce the cake:
Two cups of cold milk
Three tablespoons of granulated sugar
Two bananas to go in between layers
For the cream:
1 liter milk
A glass of granulated sugar
Slightly less than a cup of flour
Two tablespoons of cornstarch
A pack of vanilla
A pack of cream (liquid)
For the top:
A bowl of coconut
Preparation:
We break the eggs at room temperature and froth for 4 minutes together with the sugar. After sifting the flour, baking powder vanilla and mixing one more time, we take it into the oiled glass oven-ware and bake it for about 30 minutes under the middle floor of the preheated 170° oven. We pour sugary cold milk on it to get it wet.
We put milk, sugar, flour, starch, vanilla in a saucepan, cook the cream by mixing it with a whisk and let it cool down. Add our cold cream in and beat it for 5 minutes with the mixer. After slicing bananas on the cake, we pour the cream on the cake and spread it. We sprinkle lots of coconut and rest it in the fridge for 4 hours. Then it's ready to be served!
