Sweet, docile, quiet and one of the coolest birds to look at. That pretty much sums up the Polish chicken. With the incredible plumage atop their heads, these birds will be the talk of the town. They make phenomenal pets, especially since all those feathers on their craniums can really obscure their vision out in the open making them an easier target to predators. Depending on who you ask, this breed may or may not have originated in Poland, but either way you'll be glad you have them in your flock.
