I feel like everything you are explaining points to stress. I know you were getting so much backlash recently that could play a major role. Stress is a silent killer and sometimes you have no idea how stressed you are until it’s to late. It can cause so much mentally and physically. I LITERALLY had servere migraines now stop for MONTHS I was so certain I had an aneurism or brain cancer! Once I got out of the situation that caused all of the symptoms I was feeling everything disappeared! That’s when I finally realized how stressed out I was. Not a great way to live so I will pray for you!!

The whole talk about bettering the channels, how to better the podcast everything literally had me smiling🫶 i can see the hope you both have and i know you will both achieve everything you plan on doing. This reminded me of when me and my boyfriend start talking about future, things to better ourselves, how we are going to do this and that etc. We get so excited🥺 we have a 5 month old son and we are so exited for the future!
