Try being in the subway in the middle of the day and having a grown ass homeless man doing the nasty to himself without shame. The subway was moving in between stations so I couldn’t get out. I was born and raised there but I had it after that. I was trying hard to be invincible and not throw up.

The title of this video is sadly such a NY thing. As someone who was born and raised in NY….we’re so used to crazy shit happening in the subways that it’s very normal for us. That being said, to avoid being spat on or having unwanted attention drawn to yourself….pay extra attention to your surroundings (that honestly goes for just about everywhere not just NY) but also, just keep to yourself. Most if not all NYers, have this superpower that we’ve developed…..it’s called the “mind your business” superpower. Don’t get involved in any situations that you know you don’t need to get involved, just pay attention to what you’re doing. If something or someone genuinely looks suspicious of course find the authorities and let them know, and most importantly….don’t walk into areas that you don’t need to walk in, but on the off chance that you have to….just keep your valuables and belongings hidden but as close to you as possible. NY is only a scary and dangerous place is you’re clueless, and careless about what you’re doing. That’s not to say that the city doesn’t have its problems….because it definitely does, but unlike what the news tries to portray it is, you’re less likely to get in a messy situation all the time in the city if you’re smart about where you’re going and what you’re doing.

Las tortillas hechas a mano (handmade tortillas) from Guatemala are my favorite!! My family is from there I’ve gone there every year since I was little that’s my country absolutely love it, all the food is freshly made so I understand why jake got sick because it’s different food from the U.S. but after a while your stomach gets used to it.

Another reason you could have gotten sick Jake is because America is more processed food. When you go out of the country the food is more pure and less processed which lets you digestive system work faster. When you come back to the states and your body got kind of use to the healthier, less processed food you can become constipated or have diarrhea. Speaking from experience when I went to Spain for a week and a half.
When I went to New York I was def scared to use the subway station, everyone says you haveee to if u visit New York for the experience but I just couldn’t 😭
