That’s some good creole. It also shows how much Haitian Creole depends a lot of tone. Without his sharp inflections, I have to consciously make an effort to listen because I’m not used to hearing Creole with an American accent. Still, very good!
No he probably doesn’t speak French most Haitian don’t speak fluent French like people think we do our language is creole a French speaker won’t be able to understand créole Haitian can understand some words from a French speaker but they won’t understand what that person is saying in French.

Devin J. Bowden His skin color has absolutely nothing to do with it. The fascination lies in the fact that most people who speak creole are black, so it's cool to see another race speak the language so fluently.
his color doesn't really matter but Haiti is small and when anybody can speak creole its surprising and Haiti is mostly black so sometimes its just suprising
That would mean his race *would* have something (a lot, really) to do with it. :D It's fine though. I just don't see skin color as any type of barrier to language learning. :)
But there are still white people born and raised on the island of Hispañola (Haiti & Dominican Republic) who speak the local languages, yes? Is it really so surprising when they do? :) Just wondering.
Stanley Superb im amercan i learned kreyol here in america. i have a Haitian friend who i admired and learned the language at home and it shows respect for the culture because we live in america not Haiti go back to Haiti and theyll acknowledge you for speaking english
Stanley Superb , the difference is, he didn’t have to learn how to speak creole bc he is not immigrated in Haiti, but how the would you survive living in America without learning English?
