The bowdrill divot is on the wrong side of the handle. You can't use it unless it's in the sheath or you'll cut your leg

Value just isn't there. I can get a Bark River with better steel and more expensive handles for that price. they priced these like midtechs or like they had the machining time of a folder in them or something.

Good design but you can not use a folder steel for a fixed blade! Even for folders S30V is getting old! CPM3V would have been the right choice specially for the 7” blade!S30V will not only chip but it has far less tolerance for lateral stresses a knife goes through! S30V simply lacks the toughness a bushcraft/survival knife demands! The only stainless steel of choice for a fixed blade is M390 aka CPMS20V. The same steel beside CPM3V that Survive Knives uses and they had great success with it! Just my humble opinion!

Hey look they finally updated the Becker BK9 and BK10......oh wait never mind😅 Man that's exactly what Becker should have done, Kabar really needs to do some updating to their Becker line. Those blades are cool but ouch they are expensive, awesome sheaths though and worth it if ya got it.

Good idea, bad steel for a bush . S30V chips like a bag of Lays when batonned and against the smallest bit of dirt on wood. Good edc steel, bad hard use steel. SMH such potential... ruined.

faultroy spoken like a real crafty man's man lol. I love my D2 and 3V blades to death. Use nothing else outside
