A fantastic hike along the Kentucky/Virginia border. It was an exciting day with all kinds of weather from Sun to fog to snow! I met up with 3 friends from Instagram for this hike. It's a tough one with almost 3kft elevation gain, but the views and rocks formations are worth every second.

I spent my childhood in Ewing. I made that hike too many times to count as a child 😂 that was the only thing to do around there! As I grew older I would take the trail with my horse. Miss those days. ❤

Great video! I hiked this about a month ago. The views from White Rocks is amazing. It was a really clear day, and you could see the Smokies in the distance. Sand Cave was unbelievable. Definitely not an easy hike, but the sights made every ache and pain worth it.

It was absolutely fantastic! It was so windy on White Rocks that we didn’t stay very long. Sand Cave is phenomenal! I’ve never seen anything like it! And yes, it’s definitely a hard hike but I’m so glad I did it 😁 glad you enjoyed the video!
