A unique boutique hotel, the White Sands Hotel, is in the heart of Waikiki. A cool, hip vibe, with a tiki bar feel it was refreshing in this modern age.
I had the best Mai Tai in Waikiki here, sat in the swing while drinking it, and listened to Don Ho sing "Tiny Bubbles" the whole time. Unique for sure.
