A really well thought out series of lessons this weekend Dan that link together well. It may appear to be different drills and arts on casual glance but the same ideas, applications and concepts are present throughout upon deeper analysis. One thing to to take is the importance of rotation, silk reeling spiral force through out whether controlling, deflecting, jamming, cutting or striking.
