Yes. It’s human nature to think something is being taken from you rather than just given to others. That’s why this is such a hard thing to eradicate. Look at the leadership in Congress. They would rather get in bed with white supremacists and maintain their ‘power’ than stand for democracy. That’s how foul racism is.

I grew up in north and south carolina in the 50s and 60s and can verify what this man says. I still carry a streak of racism that I will sadly never fully eradicate. I carried more than a streak until I practiced medicine for 30 years and in that experience I learned everyone carries the same needs and hopes and dreams. I watch my children who are fortunate to see no divide. I still learn daily and i am optimistic. I agree with Mr King, together we all thrive, divided we all fail.

Like all these big companies that are some how people too. Citizens United v. FEC, the Supreme Court asserted that corporations are people. Greed.

We continue to be people of the earth -- Cash, credit, and traveler's checks are worthless in heaven, and certainly won't get people into heaven. (But if mean people are in heaven, I'll find somewhere els to go.) Why they hoard all of the resources here, I do not know. If they could share, we wouldn't have most of the ails of society.
