White-tailed Deer Summer Trail Camera Videos (Browning Recon Force Elite HP5)

This trail camera spot didn't get nearly the variety of species I thought it would, but it got plenty of deer. So I put the daytime deer videos together for a quick compilation. Depending on the location, summer can be a difficult time for camera traps. The vegetation is thick and miserable to walk through, the ticks and snakes are out, and it's oppressively hot and humid. Where I live water is plentiful right now, so cameras over water sources don't typically do well. Fall can't come soon enough! I am going to move this camera closer to a creek where I have some other cameras. Thank you for watching.

I always enjoy hearing all the birds in the background. I also check out any vegetation to see if I can identify it. Grasses, bushes, vines, anything flowering...Sometimes I see a little critter, too; maybe a bug, or vole. Once I saw a Spotted Sandpiper in the background along a creek bank, and I've seen woodpeckers on tree trunks, also in the background. So there is always a LOT going on in the woods here, and the videos are worth a couple of viewings. And of course, they are very calming and peaceful. Thanks, Michael O!

Some will find this video relaxing. I did. It's so bucolic. And some may get fidgety, because "nothing happens." Actually, one deer got spooked. We don't know why, except it goes with being a deer. Halfway through, I switched to 2x speed. You could think of the result as white-tailed deer after their morning cup of coffee. Or as my getting back to what I'm supposed to be doing. 🙂 Thanks for the video.

My dream is to see these beautiful people every day! I want to live in north eastern Washington State, I currently live in the south east and breathe the same cool air as these deer! But as I'm nearly seventy, I don't have much time, I really, really, really have been wanting this for most of my life! I'm drawn to the forest, trees, pine scented air! And camping isn't something one does now days, I'm either to old to lay on the ground or to scared of psycho's! I can have a logical conversation with Bigfoot, but a crazed sociopath? Not even on a good day!

Very irritated at deer around my house, it’s not there fault but bla bla then soon will have to protect my trees and plants from the bucks removing velvet. Great video but ok deer !
