In general, you don't really want to use clay teaware with white tea. Rather porcelain or glass. Clay tends to round out the bitterness but also shave off the top notes of a tea. White tea basically never goes bitter, so no rounding is needed. White tea is however very rich in top notes, which you are losing a bit by brewing in clay.

I respect very much your passion for Japanese green tea. This is Shou Mei,and it is a fine tea indeed. No need for clay teapot steeping,but I do too!

Yes definitely! I usually brew these teas more after the videos but I don't want to take too much time

How do i contact customer support? Ive been trying to figure it out for a couple days now and i dont see it anywhere. I ordered some hojicha but despite it says it was delivered, i never saw any package anywhere.

Sorry, I was on break for a little while. You can find our response in the last comment. Just send us an email and we will sort it out, the delivery service makes a mistake from time to time and we just have to resend the order
