Steel wool will leave steel fibers embedded into the whitewall and will rust. Nevertheless, an informative video.

now, you should do a white wall cleaner on a dry tire vs a wet tire. i have found that it cleans a little better on dry tires.

Shout cleaner works good too.

S.O.S pad, water, and plain good old elbow grease. That's it. You'll be amazed.

Try cutting the whitewall in thirds, and use nothing for a control. I suspect water alone with the steel wool will work well.

I've been washing tires for over 60 years and never wet them down first! It dilutes the cleaner. Besides, this video almost put me to sleep!!!

Bleche Wite used to be good before black Magic bought them. I only use Purple Power Degreaser now. Works far better.

Good job! Use Dawn dishwashing liquid and a sponge with Scotchbrite for a faster easier and more effective cleaning

Bleach breaks polymer bonds and produces cracks... 5 years later hows the tires?

I always use shout with a nice stiff brush to clean my white walls and letters.... but everyone is different ... but good video tho peace out

both products eat away at the whitewall, try SHOUT FOAM ADVANCE much safer on whitwalls.

Are use bleach wipes on my classic car I have wide white it does a great job

Use toilet bowl cleaner it works amazingly

What size tire are you using or what brand? They look bigger than a 155/80r13.

You need to read the directions. Dont wet the tire until its done. You used enough clearer on one tire that I use for 4.

I always use Bleche Wite. Dont need the scrup the wheel like that. Just wash off.
