Very interesting discussion but none of these ideas will be implemented. Today people having bought sites construct their home without leaving that required space from the next plot. Why cannot the govt start taking action against house owners who construct their houses without a car parking space and park their cars on the road next to their house. Fine them or penalize them. If they start this maybe people will learn how to value someone else's property. Many house owners have being doing this.
