So lovely to listen to this. My dad's old friend Mrs. Lunel and he has sweet memories of serving in this church😍 My prayers to the Lord to help people keep up the heritage aspects.
Its nice to see Margaret here talking on Whitefield. Marge was earlier a Nee Johnson and her Gramps would go fishing with me and old Shipman sometimes who lived in Hannah Mitchells place. Off course all the lovely music at the club would sometimes be played by Commander Lunel who had some awesome folded horn Klipschorn speakers with a Teleton amp and SME gold ring turntable with a shure cartridge to boot. She also talks of good old Merlyn Barnes who lived at the rear of Massabielle on borewell road where Marge lived in formative years also. Those were the days I guess.
