Oak Park has a really amazingly balanced sound for an High School, GREAT JOB Directors for teaching balance over just being loud. (Nothing against or towards Whitehaven).
This battle was interesting. The whole copy cat thing made this battle overwhelming not in a good way. OP definitely was the better band - but they knew that already .. they should have played different songs than playing back whatever Haven played.
Btone Vet And Memphis mass, Bama or GA didn’t have missed notes? 🙄 (Pot.... kettle, black.) I watched and analyzed that battle too many times to name... and watched it from different perspectives from this site, Kev’s site and others... sound quality, song selection, crowd selection and stage presence gave Mich Elite the W hands down. It kills me how folks will clearly deny a loss or another bands win when it’s all on tape. But hey....shrugs
