According to Environment Canada, it was -32 C (-34 C with wind chill) at the time. This was recorded in #Whitehorse, Yukon, on Feb. 9, 2021.

It's not as cold as many places this far north most of the time. Just dark.

It was -55° and -66° with the windchill North of Yellowknife then.

I could not survive. I come from Colchester, Ontario, and I think the coldest I've ever felt was only -15 or -20, and even that is so rare.

Calgary had over 1 week of -30s and wow.. I got practical demonstration of how it feels like to be in -30s.

It was -55 without the windchill and -66 with the windchill the other week north of Yellowknife.

I can confirm that with the windchill downtown it was -50 but out by 5 mile it was -52 without the windchill
