@@GuitarMates oh I subscribed immediately. I tried to learn the guitar years ago and gave up on it. Your videos offer great encouragement so I have decided to give it another shot. I'm very excited because I have accomplished at least part of this song, and have got my daughter interested in guitar, and rock music which is awesome! Looking forward to more of your videos and thank you again!

Not bad very good but I think Sykes played more open chords and you may have interpreted it slightly off. He used his les Paul for the thickness during the chorus
Hi Danthehorse, I was actually using a preset on my 11 Rack. I stopped using the 11 rack since then an unfortunately I can't recall the settings. Glad you liked the lesson thanks for the comments.
the chords to the line you say....Em D C G there are not right....the line is ......Cmajor7 Bm7 Am7 G....John Sykes doesnot play the the whole chord (he only plays two or three notes) ... you play them correctly but you give the wrong name of the chord ... listen to the bass
Hi how you doing. What area you from? I ain’t been back home for years. From Bolton originally. If you haven’t done so already please consider subscribing to my channel. I always appreciate the support
Great lesson man. But, you should drone the C and D in the chorus and end the phrase on the B before the walk down measure at the end of the chorus. One of my students sent me to look at this. Great teaching style, I like your calm nature.
I am a three-piece player, the only guitar player in most of the bands I’ve been in, so I’ve had to kind of hybrid both guitars into one part. You have a calm style of teaching, I think that’s the best way to do it. And your students will retain the lessons longer, with that style. The second hardest thing, on a new student is remembering the little small parts of the lessons, the first hardest thing is the pain they feel in their fingers when they’re playing. I watched some of your other lessons, you’re a very gifted player. I will keep watching, take care man!
Great tutorial lesson. Did not hesitate to subscribe to this channel. Unfortunately the link in the description for the tablature and backing track is not working anymore.. Just need to get the final run of the main solo down and this video succesfully helped me play this song. Cheers and much love

Flavio Santana glad you enjoyed the lesson. Thanks for watching. Why not consider subscribing to the channel this way you won’t miss any of my lessons that are posted every week.
Hi thanks for the comments and the sub. I am actually using my Eleven Rack presets that I created. The clean channel is based on a matchless 30 with compression, delay and reveb then out through the chorus. The lead is a marshall with a overdrive pedal pushed all the way up to get as much sustain as possible.
Hi glad you enjoyed the lesson and thanks for the nice comment. Why not considering subscribing to my RU-vid channel, I am always posting new lessons every week. ru-vid.com
