In September 2007 an elderly gentleman contacted my office for a meeting regarding selling his home at auction. When I arrived, I could not help to notice the strange looking dog walking around in his living room - it took me a moment to realize this was not a dog but rather a damn deer! I commented; "Uh Sir. There is a deer walking around in your house." He replied; "Why sure! That's Bucky." Apparently he found "Bucky" in his living room one day and could not get him to leave so the old man made him part of the family. Neverthless, it was an unique appointment to say the least. How often can you say you had a real estate appointment with a deer licking the sole of your shoes? It really happened.
