What is ridiculous is to believe that if the owner of ShopRite says 'I am in the business of selling food items' it therefore follows that he is involved in the day to day transactions that take place in the shop. You cannot conclude that by selling the owner means involvement in the daily transactions unless there is evidence to that effect. When an owner says i sell they might mean they are selling personally or they might mean someone selling on their behalf something which is ultimately theirs

I love this analysis. He had a conflict of interest in that he took money that was for the sale of livestock, his mind was on the sale and he derived a financial benefit from that sale. He took money after the sale, according to him he had it stored. The director of Exxaro mine, does not go down mine to extract mineral and do not get the sellers to buy them. He does not get a payslip at the end of the month. Effectively it is not paid work as defined by DPP. Effectively President was a volunteer at Phalaphala Farm

Great stuff , son. The paid work should be seen as ' Income ' , and the president is earning an income from that farm. His declaration of conflict of interest (original physical copy of documents ) should be made available readily as this should have been done upon his designation as president and a copy of every year in his term as president. Declaration of conflict of interest is signed every year by employees and members of a group/organisation or government , where that person receives a remuneration from for his designated job functions and descriptions. The illegal dollars found in his sofas is answerable by the president . He is an apparent thief and money launderer . Any other ordinary citizen would be jailed by these acts. As for conflict of interest , the president is in breach of it and guilty as hell. As for the public protector , she is a foolish person , grabbing at straws and nitty-gritty excuses to make the president look ' not guilty ' . I would love to boot her hard up her ass. As a public protector , she is actually breaking the law with the use of petty and silly excuses for Ramapinocchio. As for Kimberly and Layla , hulle ma se poes. Many thanks.

From as early as page 10 (paragraph hh), the APP discovered that CR was not forthcoming with all truth on his submission. But, even then failed to find him as a untrustworthy witness. On finding Rhode breaking the law was just fascinating, as if he acted on his own instincts. Yet, CR is the one who put Rhode to deal with breaking in at his farm. Maar, the APP exonerates CR on any conflict regarding his affidavit on reporting the farm theft to Rhode. Precca says, he is suppose to have reported the matter to prosecutorial agencies. Any review on her report will really demonstrate her shallow understanding of legal framework (Adv Zikalala). It is worrisome that, She will be appointed to be PP soon.

Aoxam, this young girl is captured and very disgracefully the poor power hungry lady, it is crystal clear that she is not only captured for the powerful position she has been promised to occupy, but also on the side of her vulnerability, and is very disgusting. Hi Sizwe. Thought I’d share opinion as I’m listening. For starters, there is lots of cases that come before the Constitutional Court hence the delayed response. Pertaining to Ngcobo CJ emeritus’ report, I find it interesting how Acting PP did not see it as persuasive in writing her report. Acting PP might have used the lense of what would be admissible should the matter be set before the courts.
