Who are the Best Buster Farmers? [Fate/Grand Order] 

BTW before I see the Space Ishtar comments, she's also good. Kinda like Arjuna Alter in that her damage is good and relatively free. However, w/o a damage mod or being a Zerk for super effective damage, I prefer the other servants over her. If you want to use her though, you'll be fine. As mentioned in the video, these are just the people I consider to be the best options but most Buster is all about having the battery to get the job done and doing enough damage, very simple as ooga booga farming should be lol In short, if you didn't see "insert X servant here" I'm not saying they're bad/not worth using, just that these are servants I view as being better, which doesn't make the other servants worse.

Overall a pretty neat video; however, I do have to comment on a few things. Primarily, Melusine. I would argue that Melusine, in general, is the best option for buster farming due to the flexibility that her low cooldown battery gives her, coupled with her insane neutral damage potential. Her damage, at NP1 neutral, is about 400K per enemy on third wave assuming double koyan + oberon with mlb black grail, which is on par with Arjuna Alter under optimal circumstances. This damage means that even if she were going against sabers, Melusine would still be able to clear 90+ nodes with enemies that have 180k HP. Furthermore, what I think is the real benefit of Melusine over other farmers: she is able to run 6CE comps, thus utilizing maximum farming efficiency, due to her 100% battery. Though I will concede that a drawback to using her would be her longer animations due to her transition between ascensions. Another criticism of the video I have is that it seems you prioritize damage, whereas realistically every competent buster farmer can clear all 90+ nodes easily due to them only having HP under 200K, and then 90++ nodes typically requiring specific comps due to having enemies with 1+ million HP. Thus a comparison of 430K vs 440K damage is somewhat irrelevant when in optimal farming comps you look for what will most efficiently beat that specific 90++ node. These are just my immediate thoughts, anyway. Enjoyed the video, have a great day!

Seeing how much simpler Buster Farming is than Arts and Quick Farming, I'm tempted to let Morgan pass and take a chance on Koyanskaya's banner

Yeah, once Kukulkan released I pretty much dropped my plans of going for Arcueid. Both are mostly neutral hitting classes, and Kuku has more button presses which makes the process a bit longer, but overall she's MUCH more applicable. The triple buster deck and her passive + the added skill mechanic also makes her fantastic for soloing, which Arc really can't do reliably without prior setup, and by then you're not really soloing. Coupled with the fact that she's pretty much on par with Arjuna Alter with much better survivability and you got a monster of a servant right there. After Oberon, I'm pretty much only spending on GSSRs. All of my remaining SQ are going in on an attempt to NP5 Nuclear Fusion-chan. I already got NP2 AA, Artoria and Gil, not to mention a NP4 SpIshtar, so I'm honestly good on loopers so long as I get KoyanLight+Oberon

I just want to point out Mordred and artoria are no longer need a starting charge ce rising mud rain is their best ce by far

I'm going for Morgan, NP1 for the moment. I'll try to get her to NP2 at some point, but I also need Koyan and Oberon so I'll prioritize those first.

TBH I feel like this video might be too forward looking, Arcueid is more than a year away, Kuku is a year and half away and while objectively this list is fine for JP, for NA I think we don't need to look this far ahead since inevitably we'll have newer videos later when 90++ changes the meta in a little over a year. Someone like Melusine, while not a great 90++ looper, is absolutely godly for 90+. ZTL mentions that he sometimes tries to loop against archers with NP2 Muramasa with difficulty, Melusine's damage is so good that she will absolutely wreck 90+ sabers assuming you invest into her (Level 100 NP2, maybe some gold fous), you don't really even need to worry about the anti-class disadvantage. Also Cu Caster should be an honorable mention for all purpose farmer, maybe a little tougher against riders but otherwise his damage with black grail is more than enough for a lot of content in the next year and he comes with much lower deployment cost, which can be pretty important because buster farming is tighter on deployment cost.

I already have Junao and i'm planning to upgrade his NP Level Next Year. Melu will be my default Buster Farmer unless there is really a tough saber fight she can't handle (which i doubt) ill bring Junao instead.

Melusine only an honorable mention? She out damages everyone on this list thanks to black grail. With some it's not even close. Don't sleep on ramp up effects.

Tiamat and Melusine are better than Kukulkan most of the time.

My only defense for Archetype Earth. That she is very useful in raid events where they give you CE with special damage.

This was super helpful b/c I have Arjuna Alter np5 and I feel less pressured to go for Morgan. Also glad she has so many rate ups in the future so I can focus on getting Oberon instead.

I love Buster Reloading, It makes the Training Grounds Expert with the random one enemy only Spriggan in Wave 2 easy. It kept messing with my Arts looping and Quick Looping.

Ok so i am gonna open with i have never buster looped with konya but i do know how this game works and let me just correct a few things. 1) types of buffs are wrong. Ajuna alter (S1 gives types 1 and 3, NP gives type 2,) Mordred has 1 types and that's all on her s1, Archetype Earth has all 3 types (S1 for type 1, s2 for type 3 and her passive gives type 2), Koyanskaya of Darkness has 1 type and that's her s1, Kukulkan has 2 types (s1 for type 1 and adn s2 for type 3.) 2) The other you have to remember with archetype earth is also able to bring any ce, the 30 and 50% cc cannot do that. So in theory she can bring a super black grail and she will out dps any of the other ones. 3) Melesine damage is insane. She has all 3 types of damage buffs (s1 for type 1 s3 for type 3 and np for type 2) and can carry any CE. she also has a save loop providing 130 on the first turn then 30 on the third. 4) you also forgot saber Ibbuki who is also a go to looper with her low investment and high damage imput. 5) another thing of note is that buster looping is a high investment on the same scale as the skadi system and in general i would not recommend to new player to use as the arts castoria system in general is better due to it's lower barrier of entry and easier access through emiya archer and basically anything that arts np.

arcueid is only really a contender for best buster farmers with summer ibuki but that's technically a 2v1 and you're wasting a stronger option to make a worse option work (by wasting a stronger option I mean, waste waste, arts team sibuki alone does more damage than buster team arc + sibuki so there's literally no reason to use arc outside of something like 1-2-x zerk where using any servent that farm by refunding is pretty much a loss cost). without sibuki, she just don't hit hard enough at np1, I think she barely does more damage than tiamat and melusine's ineffective damage

For the best damaging Arcueid farming, use New Plugsuit and Edison. Also, WHERE MAH BOI CASTER CU AT?!?!

Arcueid is the best of all around Buster Farming, since she has a 100% NP Battery on a 7 turn cooldown, allowing her to black grail loop with the cd- mystic code with only 2 koyanskaya. AA is the best for Damage, as he reduces Buster resist by 20% and activates his S1 damage mod at the same time, while also being a berserker. Morgan is in the middle, with her 50% battery instead of AA's 30%, and the fact she's on rate up right next to koyanskaya and oberon, it's possible to get an established account by rolling on three banners in short time with little it can't do. Morgan requires a 50% CE and a waver (Who is free because we get a 5* ticket on 6th anniversary) with 2 koyanskaya and shes off to demolish anything in her path. (There is a rumored service that can get you around 2k SQ and 120 Tickets for like $20, you just need to sacrifice all progress, and your current User ID, not sponsored) Aside from the 3 bog standards there, the best for each class is: Saber: Artoria (able to farm with just an MLB K-Scope) Archer: Arash! I wish... Emiya/Ishtar (Emiya is able to 6CE but lacks damage on wave 1 and 2 if you do that, Ishtar is best for MLB K-Scope +CD- Mystic Code and dmg for 1/2) Lancer: Melusine (Needs help from Oberon, but can 6CE) or Ereshkigal/Lartoria (MLB K-scope+ CD- Code, but no outside help needed) Rider: Francis Drake (MLB K-Scope + CD- Code) Assassin(lol): Cleopatra (MLB K-Scope + CD- Code) Caster: Nero Claudius (MLB K-Scope + CD- Code, The only one available too) "Why would you use Space Ishtar in buster when arts is right there? Are you okay in the head?" haha Big red button go brrr : Avenger Pretender: Oberon (Normal K-Scope instead, neat!) (MLB K-scope can be replaced with K-Scope + Mana Loading/50% CE + 50% battery plugsuited in) This could be outdated by JP units, but it's the best for what we have in NA. Just because your favorite isn't here doesn't mean they're useless either, but you knew that.

I have a number of on-class servants that'll work, but my only class-neutral is Spishtar. If I manage to get Oberon, that'll open up Nobu as well.

I'm reminded yet again of how my np3 Arthur prototype can't loop. Just 10% battery short of greatness. Not that it matters when I have np2 Ibuki. Good advice in this video though.

Been using my NP2 Saber and she's been killing everything on the rank up quests except Archers. For that, I guess that's what my question is for. I have an Arjuna at NP1. Is that good enough for general use? What about 90++ nodes?

i switch to buster farming, NP reloading is convenient compare to when i was quick farming and arts farming because back then i would think: will the recharge be enough after the attack like every often with muramasa 97% or with Dantes 47%.

So from what I see Melusine, Tiamat, and Kulkulkan are best. I’d assume that KulKulkan would be amazing in CQs more than the other two and Melusine is probably most versatile for farming especially at high NP copies and weird nodes. I think Kulkulkan is probably better if you can get her as opposed to Tiamat but only marginally and it isn’t like Arts farmers aren’t still a great option either

Well I think this is pretty biased towards kukulkan, while the foreigner class isn't that good to begin with, you could still bring mélusine to saber nodes, as long as it's not the super beefy ones, with BBG and oberon she can litteraly farm everything while having more damage than kukulkan most of the time (just not against sabers)

Is arjuna on NP1 still decent or does he not do enough damage to clear these high HP Nodes?

Thats a very cheep Video and preety Bad. First you shoud Recommend if the Servans are Available. No one Care if they wont Buster Loop if Kukukan on 2 years is nice, because its 2 yeahrs. 2. Try to Recomand or Show units players have. AND Buster looping is not Oberon Loopin. So if you say Arjuna is good cool BUT only with obereron because he cant loop without him. 3. Its a weak Argument if you say you put Ishter not in because you like Berserker more....but then put Koyanskaya and Kulukan in. Kinda wierd imo
