@@erectilereptile7383 i'm not the one you asked but i wanted to chip in anyway to at least give my little piece. i'm also not gonna act like some expert on every little thing going on in israel in general or with israel and palestine or anything like that, but as for my personal stance: i don't 'have anything against' israel as a country. their government? pretty questionable from the little i do know, like most, if not all, governments, but i would not think any less of someone just because they said they live in or were from israel. we're all just people born and raised in different environments, forming different opinions based off our different experiences. what matters most to me is as peaceful a state as possible, being achieved as soon as possible. israel isn't a topic i exactly hear much about from my family IRL, so unfortunately i can't give many secondhand opinions. the most i can say about that is, i believe my dad is pretty in favor of israel, but that's probably just because he strongly takes religion into account. i can understand his prejudice against islam because of the amount of persecution copts have gone and still go through, to the point he left egypt entirely to get away from it, but i wish he could keep that bias out of his views a little more. i can't get any unbiased opinions out of him lol. so in the end, do i like israel? yeah, i do, and i like palestine, and i like the entirety of the middle east, and i like everyone else. we really need a little less war and a little more peace in the world.

In Christianity, you're Christian when you baptized ( whether it on your will or not it's the same). But in Islam, spelling shahada doesn't automatically make you a Muslim or in other case, you can be Muslim without shahada if you believe in certain things and do the prayer that a Muslim does.
