Who are the OCCURIA? - FFXII LORE 

I always thought that of all the beings and characters in the FF series as a whole the Occuria seem the most intimidating, mostly because of all the mystery around them and their origin but also because of how they behave indifferently towards humes but also seek to control them. They are furious with Ashe for not cooperating but the Sun Cryst and the Auraliths as far as they go other than Vanat who is considered a heretic for sharing secrets and getting its own hands involved. Meanwhile when they appear before a mortal, that mortal can't even do so much as raise a hand at them. Every time one of the characters does something Venat doesn't want it can simply stop them in their tracks leaving them to stand there or to be thrown back. Why are these things like this? lol What is going on in the brains of these beings. That is what freaks me out about these things more than Kefka who's a cruel lunatic, Sephiroth who seems so powerful and unstoppable, or Yu Yevon who really just seems totally fucked. But I can't place a finger on the Occuria. They actually seem like gods. More above us than even an all-god of the universe like Bhunivelze who has no mystery to him. The mystery of the Occuria is the power.

We need the story of the Occuria and their involvement with the banishment of the Aegyl and the sky continent of Lemurés.

Actually venat was the good one, and the others more manipulative. But venat choosed the most ruthless leaders, meaning it was in the end also not as good like the occuria. Vayne actually had good Intentions too, but also he reached that in a manipulative, destructive way. In the end venat succesfully reached his goal. But not in his way, Ironically, but with true freedom from the People. That's why it's more complicated, more Antagonist fractions where even the Villians are understandable. Controverse in a good way what makes you think.

What if the Occuria could just create another Sun Crest? I imagine they would exist long after any current character and could simply hide their time and make another move to emerge long after knowledge of their existence has faded. If you think like an immortal, cosmic being you can see how one event could be so insignificant. Mortal problems aren't their problems.

Venat was evil, even if it didn't see itself as so. How many innocent people were slaughtered because of it. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, everyone is the hero in their own story, ya know...and all that.

I want a ff12-2 where the fight between the occuria and the espers is reignited.

what i dont understand is: the sunchryst was destroyed, so they lost the power over the humans. BUT the mega crysth was still there, so there was still a source for power and necicithe for the humans.

Their origins and history are quite mysterious, although It's possibly intentional, at least on their part. They do not appear to be mortal and have likely endured for millenia. Why bother to explain your goals and ideals to those that might not even live a century?

Espers sound like titans from Greek mythology…. The Occuria, then, being The Olympians…

Is there a video on this channel that can offer information regarding the Scions of Light. All that is mentioned of them is that the Espers we know (the Scions of Darkness) were created in opposition to them. I find it odd that there's little I can find about them, even on the wiki, which is usually a treasure trove of information on this universe.
