I agree with the Jets but definitely not the Broncos. We fleeced then with the Wilson trade and they gave us another 3rd round pick that would be beneficial for us this year. However, the only coaches we should be trying to get is Mike MacDonald and Ben Johnson

@@Chrishd1 that's not true at all. Look at actual statistic, not just what you believe. There is a video made by Brenden Nelson on Mike MacDonald that actually shows real stats. Maybe go watch it.

I really want Ben Johnson... we have such a loaded offense and it's an offensive league. Our defense is going to get an overhaul (Diggs gone, Adams gone, maybe Brooks gone, Reed probably gone, who knows with Williams but probably gone, Wagner maybe gone, even Jones could be gone... that's over half the starters). Basically Woolen, Witherspoon, Nwosu, and Mafe are staying lol (for starters). Either way, we can compete now with a good offensive coach.... if we get a defensive coach it's going to take longer to rebuild.

I fully expect John to hire a offensive coach. I think John understands where the league is at right now, offensive coaches if your team the best chance to establish consistency and keep your organization headed in a positive direction. When you have an offensive head coach, he can continue to be innovative and keep your team a step ahead of other teams. Creativity in coaching is huge and its a big reason why I think its not been working with Pete in the last few years. Love Pete, but he was not creative enough with his scheme on the O side and D side.

Texans, Green Bay and Buccs in the divisional round was a real surprise. Seems like Lions-Niners and Ravens - Bills/KC is the likely conference championship, which is interesting. I hope niners and KC get knocked out.

Head coach gives Seattle the best chance to establish consistency as a team moving forward. Losing offensive coaches sets teams back, the Eagles are a perfect example.

I didn't see that the hawks requested an interview with MacDonald, that's got me excited, I haven't seen them request interviews with many people who I've been interested in, which doesn't surprise me because most of the good candidates are probably in the playoffs

I’d say it’s all the coaching and he also coached the broncos when their defense was top ten Eighth in yards allowed and third in points allowed Evero is a good pick, but I guess you would run an organization better huh?

Ejiro Evero would be amazing. BTW its Ejiro (aah-jee-ro) not Elijo. Can't beleive why Americans are so bad with names. Evero ran a 3-4 defense in Denver that ranked 1st, before the defense bailed out after their rams loss.

Just get a young guy and John can feed him the young talent and let's play young guys who can learn eachothers mojo and come together as a team, I could give 2 fks who they hire I just want our team to play hard and leave everything on the field, like every game 🎯 come to think about it I never once heard guys saying yeah I watch alot of film on opponents, when we were winning everyone was watching a shit ton of film 😅 anyway it's gonna be interesting 😅😅

Mike Macdonald has inherited two great defenses, Ben Johnson hasn’t really proven anything outside of one year maybe last year also, Can slowik build a culture? Good question right? Harbaugh is most qualified but then it’s a loyalty/ conflict of interests issue I don’t think it will be any of these they gonna do what the Seahawks always do and surprise everyone
