Hey thanks for noticing. I definitely went through 6 hard drives of old media. Also restored MySpace page to get an old photo of me at circuit city. But I just learned MySpace deleted everyone's old photos. Oh well. Thanks again.
Thanks for the review. Makes a lot of sense to me. I bought the m10 and I feel similar. Also started with a little lumix as my first digital camera. I still have it.
Great video Wil. I also downsized from Canon 1dxii and larger lenses to Leica (via Fuji). Started with M10 before moving to Q3 and M11Mono. I also have the Zeiss 35 but it is a bit too big for travel so may join you with the 35 Summilux. Look forward to more of your insights. Phil
Which lens did you get for your M11? I didn't catch it in your video. 28mm Summilux, 35mm Summilix FLE. or 35mm Summilux FLE II? Where did you buy your camera and lens?
thank you, it's from alpha guard. alphagvrd.com/products/leica-m11-camera-skin?variant=40971223793802 ---- use code WELCOMEALPHA for a little discount.
@@WILMORENO thanks for the link. I was looking for skin for my Leica body too as I also have a silver one and I want to cover it with skin temporary for upcoming travel. Do you know if the skin will leave any residual when removed? Thanks.
The X2D is my favorite camera ever. I tested everything worth trying. It's a little slow and a little heavy but it's a dream to own. And the photos have a certain X factor that keeps me wanting to use it. Thanks!
First of all you can’t compare an M11 to a Ricoh Gr. Two different models. You bought your Gr used. I would rather carry a $1k camera to the beach not a $20k set up like you have. You’ll probably sell it because you need the money one day. Smashing the Gr is stupid.
They're both street photography cameras. I bought it new, check the screen shots again...My gr had been dead for 3 years, now it's extra dead. I think you’d be better off with a coloring book at the beach. I had fun smashing the gr.
Why buy something if you’re not going to use it is my opinion. First time viewer for this channel, but I don’t think this guy is a lawyer or a dentist. At least he’s breaking stereotypes that Leica users don’t even use their cameras.
