for those who didn't know these are a part of Bandai Machine Robo series who's toys got imported to the US as Tonka's Gobots back in the 80's.

Yeah, these figures are pretty damn odd, ngl, but that's also why I love them, they're so different, and unique! :D The concept of just taking 2 random things, and merging them into a single robot is so silly, yet so cool! I'm gonna get to get these for myself one day! I look forward to the next wave!

Apple Lobster looks like a Kamen Rider robot going by the eyes. Think the designers may have a taken a few cues from Ex-Aid.

This series is actually an extention of the Mugenbine series, although there are no part-swapping and cross-combination involved. This series is more of an experiment to see how everyone would react to the gimmick for later repurposing.
