I am from Delhi ,I think Himalayas should be saved for beauty and section 118 is good. Even I think Himachal govt.should have to impose fines for garbages and proper garbage collection from households . This is very much important for glaciers and Himachal.

First of all - your presentation is very good and to the point. I hope whatever you said in the video is correct. I am interested to buy some land in Himachal, if possible, if not then a small ready built flat. My budget is that of a middle level service class person. When I am ready to buy, may I contact you for documentation/registration formalities/bank finance etc.? Do you people provide such service for a payment? Secondly: Every body talks of beautiful sight, view, snowfall area, electricity, water, road, club house, etc. but nobody talks about disposal of domestic waste water - where that will go? Can you please explain from the proposed villas where the waste water from toilet, bathroom and kitchen will go? For your ready built flat complexes (I saw your videos on flats in Solan/Simla), the builders must have made provision for that, but what about waste water from individual villas. Shall appreciate if your clarify the above points.

I have saved the above given phone No. I have also studied the Himachal Tenancy & Land Reform Act, 1972, a few times, but many things out of mind if knowledge is not put in to practice. I think another route is through co-operative societies. I am a retired person based in New Delhi. My primary objective is to have a place in hills to enjoy better climate. Locating suitable property requires lots of traveling. Hopefully in near future I will be able to do that and perhaps will seek your help. Once again thanks.

Now , I get why so many outsiders are misusing this law and making houses recklessly in shimla. Dhadhale se 4 4 floor chadha rhe hai pahado pe aur bech de rhe hai logon ko. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ , yeah law strict hona chahiye yaar. Warna shimla jaisa haal poore himachal mein ho jayega.

In municipalty area no limit to buy you can buy . but it is out of municipalty there is limit upto 500 sq feet or 600 gaj

No, Seller are mostly domicile of Himachal. Secton 118 approval are required by Non- Himachali.
