I just want to comment here and let you know what an amazing resource your channel was in helping my wife and I file our paperwork last year. From the time we sent it in, we had one minor request for more information, I forget exactly what it was, but we sent it in and were shortly approved thereafter, with no interview. Whole thing took less than 6 months if I remember correct. Anyways, thank you! ps: I wanted to hire some visa coach guy for $2,200+ to do the paperwork for us, but my wife assured me we could get it done ourselves and I'm glad I trusted her!

Kseniya just wanted to thank you for being such a help in my process. We completed our whole process in a year and I can honestly say it was all thanks to you . Thanks for your help. Watched your videos. Filed 130 and 485 concurrently. Received permanent grn card (for 10 years) in about 8 months since date of filing, no interview. (been married more than 3 years to us citizen)

hello, thank you so much for what you do. I could not find it better anywhere after making some research. I maybe wrong, but I would like to add something you're omitting, the part of spouse who file I129F, as per the USCIS, you're not required to file the form I130. just the approval notice of the form I129F is require if you file the form I485. is there anyway you can double that part again? thank you.

Can I ask if in filling out beneficiary spouse’s name, if the wife hasnt changed her Surname on her Marriage Cert, Passport, licenses and other IDs yet, can we start using the Husband’s surname all througout the filling of forms I-130, 130A and I-485? You may get married after 60 days and then submit your papers.

Hi @Kseniya thank you for your videos, its so helpful. I have some questions, please help me. I submitted the I-130, I-131, I-845, I -765, USCIS sent the I-131, saying the payment amount is incorrect or not has been provided. As it say on the USCCIS when you are filling with the I845 its $0. they asking me to refile and send it with the correct amount. I don't see any payment on the website. also, I'm wondering why they did not send back all the package.

Hi Thank you for all the info,for my parents I have filed concurrent forms without i131 due to fees, but they are on b2 visa and I am not sure will they have any issues staying for more than 6 months in USA, if approval takes more than 6 month or a year. As I understand those on tourist visa need to leave the country before 6 months.

For the next process, I have filled ds 260 and I 864 form . Do I also need to fill form I 485? If I need it then when do I need to fill that out after the approval of ds 260 or with those forms. Thank you very much for all the help! One question is that I remember you mentioned in one of your videos that if you are filling the i485 with the i131 and the i765 you wouldn’t need to pay the fee for the last two, but I looked at the uscis website and it says there is a fee if you ate filling after april 2024. Is that an update or am I just reading it wrong?

Hello, love the channel. I have a few questions. As part of the I 765 and I 131 applications they require proof of 129F … That the I 797 approval receipt from USCIS regarding the 129F ? Second, we are about to file our I-765 /I -131/I-485 as part of a K-1 visa. do you recommend filing the 130 online together as a packet or online? As part of a package, can you tell me what information other than the form itself is required?

Ok so the I-797 is the I-129F approval we needed, great. In your video you mention not needing a new medical exam if the one you received on your K-1 visa is less than one years old and you married within the first 90 days. My question is when we look at the required documents for the I 485 it asks for a DS-3025. But that is only a vaccine report. Do we need anything additional for a medical exam ? The only other thing we received was a video from the hospital, performing the medical exam in Manila.

Hi Kseniya. I have a quick question. Is it okay to resubmit my AOS package without receiving my previous package back? I know usually people get it back within 1-2 weeks. I know my package must have been rejected, because my bank blocked my payment. However it's already been a month, and I never received neither a rejection notice nor my package back... I am unable to reach anyone at USCIS, haven't gotten a response from the lockbox support either...

Or you recommend to pay someone professional to do it and if you have some recommendations like a good page to do it ? My husband can speak Spanish (my first language) and English (He is a US citizen)

There are online translation services that aren’t super expensive and are pretty fast (within 24 hours): Immitranslate, Rushtranslate, and RapidTranslate. Although USCIS doesn’t have a rule against people translating their own documents but in my opinion it’s best to use a third party service or person.

What form must my spouse file? And my stepdaughter file? My step daughter is 9 yrs. My spouse want to be able to travel while waiting and work. Hi K! I'm using a I-130 fillable pdf (the new one that expires 2/28/2027), and many of the fields only allow numeric characters. So I can't use 'N/A' - instead I hafta use 'NONE' b/c the slash isn't numeric. (eye roll) That's no big deal UNTIL I come to question #46.b that asks for the I94 record that is all numeric EXCEPT for the next-to-last character which is alpha! (The letter 'A') Is there a workaround? What do you advise? Should I print and fill in that alpha character by hand? TY! Michael

Secondly, for a newly wedded couple who plans to submit their I-130 form, few days after marriage, can they submit their i485 form after 4 to months so they can have sufficient time to build common things together as evidence. OR they can still go ahead to submit concurrently. And how long should they do that after marriage considering they have to build common things together as evidence. Thanks for all you do. So when the US citizen petitioner and his spouse will have the adjustment status and my sis in law has 2 children do they need to file separate I -485 for the children or will it be included in her adjustment status since they are still underage. You can submit I-485 and I-131 (this is called concurrent filing).
