Can you please expound upon the co-signer aspect? You mentioned very briefly that the petitioners income becomes irrelevant with a co-signer - but how is this calculated? Is it combined with the co-signer's total income? or do you need to choose a co-signer whose total income on the tax form already exceeds the current years total income requirement? (Ie: 125% of poverty average) Thank you for making this video! You are awesome and it is very informative and helping so many ❤
Hi Kseniya, I just submitted form I-130 for my parent who is in the US now. I'm a US citizen, would you recommend that I file the form I-485 now, or do I wait for the receipt of notice for the I-130 and send that together with the I-485 application?
What can I do if NVC doesn’t activate the buttons to upload the civil and financial support documents? This is an issue I’m having. I already paid and completed the IV application but there’s now way I can upload and submit documents 🙃
I am filling out my DS-260 right now and have a DUI IN THE state of Mass from 1998, I will be honest and admit this, the courthouse has sent me the paperwork already, could this be enough for my application to be denied?
Kseniya, thank you very much for your time and wonderful content. I am still really confused about the Principal/Derivative applicant as based on other researches, other attorneys and immigration specialists and the USCIS itself classify the Derivative applicant as someone that Derivate from the principal applicant. In this case a minor child of the principal applicant. This is so confusing 😢
@@carolinebarros2621 a derivative child or spouse are only derivatives if they are originally included under the same petition. Form I-130 instructions on page 1-2 explain which categories can have derivatives.
Regarding the native language information question, if a beneficiary is adjusting status and has no address outside of the country due to living here for the past 20 years, do we use the current address (in USA) in the beneficiary's native language-- in this case, Arabic?
So this is only if you want to sponsor someone else? What if you’re self-employed, you have won the Greencard lottery and you’re invited to the interview. Will self employment be a problem?

Wow you really have a video for everything 😍 If you do not have to have affidavit of support for example a Greencard visa is there another form you have to fill out to prove that I have the financial means? Do I have to fill out the I-134? And what is the poverty guideline for a self sponsor for just 1? Where can I find that?

If I don’t have a permanent address in the US yet like you said, I can type in the address of the hotel or a friend. Can I choose the mailing address for the green card outside of the US?
My nephew came last March 2023 under the Nucaragua humanitarian parole. However; due to a family emergency he left the USA without notice, in other words, he left voluntarily. Can he comeback and reentry to the USA under the humanitarian parole?? If so; which form can we files?
Hey Kseniya, first of all I wanted to thank you for all of your videos. Your content is truly a blessing to everyone doing this process and especially for those without a lawyer. My husband and I just received a I-130 RFE for bonafide marriage evidence and while your general content about the I-130 and "How to respond to RFE" help, it would be amazing if you could make a video about RFE for bonafide evidence specifically. How to best get everything together (i.e. everything in one PDF? Multiple documents?), Mail vs Online submission (my RFE specifically stated to only send via one option!), what to include (cover letter? etc.) my RFE also specifically asked for a personal statement from my husband about our relationship and how we decided to marry (which i havent seen very often, at least online/on the subreddit?) it would be great if you could include some tips for that aswell. Hello! I have 2 questions! PART 1: 2- Mailing Address. I am in the US, living in the same address with my wife (the sponsor), what should i write in "In care of name" and the rest..... my sponsor's address? I heard you said to leave it and just fill the address, is that correct? PART 5 Household. By default, point 1, it has nothing and it doesn't let me fill it out, and as I am married should I put 1 in point 3? And BY DEFAULT IT DOES NOT LET ME CHANGE THE FINAL HOUSE HOLD SIZE :/ (i've download the form and till happens the same)
My form ds-260 does not have a question about my dad’s info. My dad is deceased. The only question there is, dp you have any previous spouses? I am confused what to answer. Does that mean to answer yes and put my dad’s info as my mom’s previous marriage? Or I answer no. As what my understanding is they are asking if my mom got remarried but she did not. Only had my dad and he’s long deceased.

Hi kseniya I applied for the párole in place and my husband got the appointment for biometrics but his work permit gets expire 1 day after biometrics day my question is I’ve been seeing they do an interview for PIP? I’m just concerned how or what we can do if his Driver license is expire😬 also they ask for an g28 application should I be concerned or not because we filled out ourselves
Hi Kseniya, your videos help a lot. I have a clarification regarding question 6 wherein it is asking if you have sponsored any other person on form I-864. I submitted form I-864a when my wife petitioned her mom (who is now here in the US as lawful resident). I am now filling up I-864 to petition my parents, do I need to indicate 1 in this part to include my wife’s mom in the household size? Thank you
