The ways the Ice Climbers and King Dedede failed were just sad. ICs failed because they can't be teleported at the same time. King Dedede failed because the gap from the cannon was too small.

Wario failed a lava challenge. Visible confusion

There were two very predominant points of failure - the initial jump and the ascent to the cannon. The interesting cases are those who failed elsewhere. Mii Swordfighter, Cloud, and Min Min were the only ones to fail the first drop. Ice Climbers and Byleth were the only ones to fail the second teleporter. Game & Watch, Snake, Mega Man, and King K. Rool were the only ones to fail at the incline. King Dedede was the only one to fail literally the cannon itself. Wario was the only one to fail the post-cannon section. (Could the bike not be resummoned there? I believe it does despawn automatically and can thus be recharged.)

Suggestion: make a challenge only Mac can do. He fails like every challenge with jumping

Mii gunner could possibly make it. You just need to equip the absorb down b. Then use it quickly after jumping to gain extra height with it.

I think Wario could’ve done it if you had used his bike then jumped off.

Mr G&W can do the diagonal lava part, with a lot of precision. Put yourself facing the wall, then dash to the other direction, jump, double jump and diagonal air dodge. With a lot of patience it works

Use Wario Bike on the last stretch. Use his jump from the Bike to make it.

I feel like you botched Yoshi again in that section where you used his double jump before the first up B. One up b before the midair jump is the optimal strategy. EDIT: Yeah, Yoshi can indeed do it. You just need the most frame-perfect jumps to get it. I tested, but I have never gotten it while recording, so I will post a video when I do. EDIT 2: I noticed you grabbed the ledge before the cannon. Avoid doing so to get higher. Waaaait, that DDD one is just unfair lmao, the hole is literally too small for him.

I just tested it and Mac can make it to the the second portal section on the bottom right without touching lava. I'm having trouble getting to the awkward ledge because air dodge doesn't make it and side B kinda over shoots. But it does seem possible to grab that ledge. If so, Mac can make it halfway to the barrel

So this is really a test of who can get up to that cannon after hanging from the ledge. There were only a few who couldn't at least get to the ledge, and very few who couldn't win if the made it to the cannon
