When Zack started pitching his complete team at the end, it sounded like "The Expendables 5: The Geriatric Target." When Jackie pitched her complete team, it was everything fun, smart, and exciting to hear coming to a theater near you. When Brandon pitched his complete team, it was EXACTLY what a Thunderbolts movie SHOULD be -- Winner!

This is what Marvel SHOULD have done. By order of the president in Secret Invasion, there has been a declaration of war with all off worlders. So Red Hulk is forced to lead a team of every antagonist that was ever put in The Raft (Abombination, Diamondback, Zemo, and Hellcat) along with Punisher and Ghost Rider from Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. against all the citizens of New Asgard, with Valkyrie being their primary target, wiping out all of Thor’s closest allies and setting up the far darker tone they want Thor 5 to have. Just after they killed all the named characters maybe have Thor and Love be summoned at the end to kill some of the more expendable members and forcing the other Thunderbolts to retreat. Forcing Thor to finally accept his responsibility as king, to give Thor more to protect and the Avengers to call upon when Hercules brings the war of the gods to Earth in Thor 5.

Adding to the Mystique as the brains argument, she's proven to be able to make a plan and take out a target successfully and by herself in the Days of Future Past movie when she killed Trask and caused the Sentinel program to evolve. Zach got my vote tho I agree with the approach

My ideal Thunderbolts team is: - Mayhem/Brigid O’Reilly from Cloak & Dagger: super strength, super speed and the ability to slice anything with her nails - Ghost/Ava Starr from Ant-Man and the Wasp: ability to phase, trained assassin - Black Sky/Elektra Natchios from Daredevil: super strength, enhanced durability and one of the world’s premier assassins - Punisher/Frank Castle from Daredevil: an unstoppable force and the unmovable object - Ghost Rider/Robbie Reyes from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: penance stare, flame chains and a sick car - Satana/Ana Helstrom from Helstrom: able to drain your life force with a single touch - Taskmaster/Antonia Dreykov: she needs character development and has all the fighting skills of the Avengers 7 members from across TV and movies, and a mostly female team 🤷🏽‍♂️ racially diverse too, with every member ready and willing to kill, with varied power sets and abilities.
