The fact that Bowser is ALMOST able to keep pace with the Redstone cart is impressive, I think that makes him the fastest heavy in the game.

ridley and charizard are much faster than bowser ridley is a heavy as he is strong, large, heavy, and doesn't have big combos but not heavy like bowser

By all accounts Villager’s Lloid should have come out far earlier and Pac-Man should have been allowed to set up Side B pellets and set himself off when the race started. Again, I’m not saying that would make them faster than Redstone/Gold Minecart Steve. Just that it would make it fairer.

Personally, I though you should've started the side b a little earlier than the other characters, seeing that it takes a bit of start up before the cart could even start moving, giving the opponent what is essentially a head start.

Roller is slower then running. And even if it was faster, it would take like 10 frames to actually start moving.
