The Bible is the final authority, not a hymn!!!!! Colossians 2:4, 8 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Jesus died to offer atonement to everyone, whether they accept the gospel to believe, as a free gift is on each individual. Romans 5:18 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

You snuck a nice little caveat in there "whether they accept the gospel", that is an unargued philosophical bias (or presupposition) that should be weighed against Scripture alone. I would challenge you to read Scripture, minus the presupposition of autonomous free will, and go where the texts leads. I would be willing to be a dollar to a Donut that it would err more toward Calvinism than provisionism/universalism/open theism.

L - limited atonement. Also called a "particular redemption." Christ took the judgment for the sin of the elect upon Himself and thereby paid for their lives with His death. In other words, He did not simply make salvation "possible," He actually obtained it for those whom He had chosen (Matthew 1:21; John 10:11; 17:9; Acts 20:28; Romans 8:32; Ephesians 5:25).

You need to understand how much sin corrupts us and how much we need God’s grace. Jesus said earlier that being born of the Spirit is like the wind. Do you control the wind? Vv20-21 tells you that the people who come to the light were carried out in God. Romans 3 tells us everyone is evil. This is consistent with Romans 8 which lays out the dichotomy of being in the flesh or the Spirit. It says that the flesh is hostile to God. If you’re able to please God by being in the Spirit and not the flesh then theologically you can boast, but its God’s grace alone which enables you to walk in the Spirit.

There is not a gospel for the Jews and a different one for the gentiles, when Jesus was addressing how he got his sheep (from God) he said other sheep I have that are not of this fold them I must bring in also, the gentiles are the sheep not of this fold (Israel).

Not looking for a discussion on the topic here, but I would simply point out that when you make a video like this, it would be nice to actually bring up arguments from the other side and explain why you believe it is false. For example, assuming that "us" must mean believers and therefore conclude that the phase "also for the whole world" cannot mean the whole body of believers, is not nuanced. If most calvinists argue that this is about jews and gentiles, that would be a good point to bring up and give reasons for or against. God bless you brother, enjoying the channel since I found it a few weeks or so back!

Regarding 1 Timothy 4:10, I think the question that has to be asked is, in what sense is the living God the Savior of all men? It obviously cannot be in the sense of eternal salvation of the soul or all men would be saved and Paul would be teaching universalism. The cross or payment isn’t mentioned anywhere in this text. It seems clear that this salvation is in the general sense that can actually be applied to all men. If the living God provides this common grace of defending, protecting, and preserving to all men, how much more will He apply it to those who believe. It’s an argument from lesser to greater. This understanding can let the text say what it says and actually have the living God be the Savior of all men without universalism.

I'm not trying to use false dichotomy but if I am using a fallacious argument then please let me know and please explain to me where I’m wrong. If Christ died for everyone, but not everyone ends up being saved then His atonement was only made available to anyone who would accept His offer of salvation. That doesn't sound anything close to Yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement. The Day of Atonement was a foreshadowing of Christ’s instantaneous atonement, imputation, and justification for God’s chosen people. It was done year after year for the nation of Israel; not for the Canaanites, Egyptians, etc. If salvation was only made available, then you end up with open theism and you would not have a coherent explanation for predestination and election. Limited Atonement is biblical otherwise I'm misunderstood John 6:44 and God didn't really choose His elect from before the foundation of the world. I believe in compatibilism (ie God’s sovereignty and man’s responsibility may seem incompatible but they are compatible because they’re both in the Bible). I believe in Double Predestination but not in fatalism or Equal Ultimacy. God is the Potter and He is sovereign over His clay for His good and perfect will.

If a heresy is a teaching that corrupts the gospel in a way that prevents salvation, then Calvinism is not heretical. They take some things too far, but it doesn’t corrupt the gospel. The same cannot be said for Arminianism. Arminianism contains the gospel, but adds to it. It reduces redemption by Christ’s sacrifice to a mere opportunity. One must earn the right to fulfill that opportunity. Depending on whom you ask, the merit may comprise perseverance, doing good works, or refraining from bad works. Arminian justification is like a chain with two links. The first link is God’s redemption, which is unbreakable. The second link is human merit, which is already broken. So, Calvinism isn’t a heresy, but Arminianism is. I hope you’re somewhere in between like I am.

The two Commandments of Yeshua, loving God/Yahweh and loving your neighbor, are a summation of the Law and Torah. In fact, Yeshua says, “On these two Commandments hang/ depend all the Law and the Prophets/Torah” (Matthew 22:40). "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:18). “Do we then make void the law through faith? The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God/Yahweh has truly been perfected.” (I John 2:3-5) “Everyone who practices sin practices lawlessness as well. So of course He died for all of us. We cannot know another human's heart so we do not know if they believe or don't believe and repent before death. That is for God to know and we'll just all have to find out when it's time. Leighton made it up, added to the script and left some out. When one examines what the Bible teaches about election and predestination, it becomes clear that the doctrine of unconditional election does accurately represent what the Bible teaches on this important subject. While this-or any of the other Doctrines of Grace-can stand on their own merit, their importance becomes even clearer when they are considered together systematically with all the Bible teaches about salvation. They essentially serve as building blocks, with each one furnishing a necessary part of a biblical understanding of salvation. Total depravity defines man’s need for salvation and reveals his hopelessness when left to his own resources. It leaves man with the question “Who can be saved?” The answer lies in an understanding of unconditional election-God’s sovereign choice to save people despite their depravity and based solely on His redeeming for Himself people from every tribe, tongue and nation. This He accomplishes by predestinating them “to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will” (Ephesians 1:5). A proper understanding of this doctrine should not result in questioning the justice of God, but instead in marveling at His great mercy. The question we really should ask is not why God chooses only some to salvation, but why He would choose any at all.

If salvation was only made available (ie Prescient view of soteriology), then the reason why a saint is in heaven is because he made the choice to accept God’s offer while the one damned in hell didn't choose to accept God’s offer. I may be wrong but it sounds like the saint had something to boast because he made the right choice while the other one didn’t. Additionally, that contradicts John 6:44 where it says ”No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day.“ NASB. In the Prescient view, the difference between the saint in heaven and the damned in hell is the saint did something to make salvation efficacious but the damned didn’t do it. If that is correct, then there are billions if not trillions of people in hell that Jesus Christ shed His blood for but didn’t get saved. Jesus was clear in John 17:12 in His High Priestly prayer that He didn’t come to die for Judas, “the son of perdition”. He only came to save whom the Father gave Him (”I ask on their behalf; I do not ask on behalf of the world, but of those whom You have given Me; for they are Yours;“ ‭‭John‬ ‭17‬:‭9‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬).

The people that are trying to defend Calvinist doctrine over the Truth clearly don’t understand how God chooses us. They think it’s his sovereignty that chooses but that would be missing the whole point of “how he chooses us” He chooses the ones who give a free will offering to him. What do we offer? We have to freely offer our life. We have to die with him on the cross. We have to believe what he did for us and accept it so he can work in us. We can’t accept his sacrifice if we don’t sacrifice our own life and be born again in the spirit. We who get the gift of new life died with him on the cross. We can’t do this unless we freely believe in Jesus. God explained this when he asks Israel to give a FREE WILL offering for their sins in Leviticus. Calvinism do not understand how God Chooses. Grace is a gift Faith is a gift. But how does he choose? By who is willing to believe and give up their life with him. That’s the only way the blood can clean our sins once and for all. Yes he chooses but he doesn’t choose based on nothing else but who he knows GENUINELY BELIEVES. If it’s by compulsion then it’s the opposite of GENUINE and he will be contradicting his own law. God don’t break any of his laws no matter how sovereign he is. Calvinist understand some doctrine and facts but they miss the whole point. When you know his love you know what love he expects from us. This is not a forced love or it will not be genuine. No matter how much knowledge you have if you don’t have LOVE it’s nothing. Love is a verb he is talking about not compulsion. God only accepts a FREE WILL offering for our sins. There’s no way around that period. 🙏🏽

One more thing, in Ezekiel 36:25-27 the verse Jesus was referring to when talking to Nicodemus about being born again God said he would put his spirit in you and CAUSE you to walk in his ways, he said he would never leave you and you would never leave him. I wonder why there's no gate of the elect before the foundation of the world from every nation, tongue, and status in the new Jerusalem? There's 12 gates with the names of the children of Israel on them and 12 foundations with the names of the 12 apostles on them. The bible is vivid on who the elect are, and the rest of the nations are grafted in by faith according to the promise made to Abraham to bless all nations. Jesus shed his blood to atone to reconcile all things, not just mankind. I'm waiting to see how many teachers are willing to bring the people back to the gospel of the kingdom. Our western view doesn't fit an eastern bible, that's why we're so confused.

The Messiah's covenant or agreement was with his apostles and other followers so that only he would be killed for claiming to be the lawful King of Israel by bloodline iaw the Davidic covenant. He did not die for the world. No one can die for the sins of another according to Deuteronomy 24:16. The new Covenant takes place in the Wilderness of Nations when God brings back into the bond of the Covenant iaw Ezekiel 20:35-38. Even Paul does not tell us to reject the law of Moses but this is exactly what ministers do today. The meaning if the Messiah's name means that God is our salvation not the Messiah but God, the Ancient of Days. When people say Jesus is savior what they are actually saying is that God is our salvation is our salvation.

Let me make it short for you.. He died for the believers only, otherwise he would have save the whole world... if he died for the whole world, none will be in hell

If Jesus Christ had the sins of the entire world placed upon himself and he paid the price for the sins of the entire world then why would anyone still have to pay for their own sins by going to hell?
