Ayanokouji have mixed feeling about koenji. In one moment, he is amazed by koenji while in another he is annoyed by him. It is quite funny to read his thoughts on koenji.
Spoiler alert Ayanokoji thinks koenji as his companion not a tool he also stated that he can't manipulate koenji and to your surprise koenji won the island exam alone
That's because Koenji is a wild card and has no clear agency in the story so far, also Ayanokoji says he can't be manipulated in the specific (because he appears to have no clear goals or values other than his freedom to do whatever he wants)
He didn't tho. He was able to keep up but he knew it would just keep getting harder and harder and given the huge gap between him and Ayanokoji, he was going to fall behind one way or another.
@@mrgdsjs1084 Not 100% true either he was able to keep up with the curriculum. He even told Koji "the idea of dropping out because I couldn't take it anymore never came to me". He absolutely would continue on whether he would drop out is speculation nothing saying he wasn't able to go on. Shiro also said "5 years of losing all the time. I guess I realized I couldn't win if I stayed here..." He just wouldn't be able to beat Kiyo no matter what due to his insane adaptability. Even if he continued to stay he found it pointless, he also wanted freedom. Hence the fake reaching his limits so he would be able to drop out.
vol 10 y2 there is a scene that Kiyo wants a Yogurt maker to create a New experience, but he couldnt get it (and he put effort on it) so he expressed that the first emotion he felt, was dissappointment for that XD@@SaneInsaneSanity

Plus respect isn't something you can just define with numbers ☠️ its pretty hard for me to rate people i know based on a scale from 0-100, and even then, alot of these numbers are really random
This is the main problem with the anime. They have toned down Kojis character a bit by not showing a lot of meaningful monologues he has had. Not that the anime is bad but LN is so much better
Karuizawa is being used by him i wouldn't say he respects her a lot but Suzune is someone who should have a 100% she was the only one who was able to make him smile unconsciously
Not sure about that, its unclear as to if he us using kei but i dont like kei i eould much prefer him to be with ichinose i think he us going to be with ichinose eventually

This shit is crazy. Ayanokoji has tsukishiro and koenji as his #2 and #3 most respected people behind manabu. He may oppose them like with tsukishiro but he acknwledges and respects them. Kanzaki and kushida should be higher and to an extent so should kiriyama. Nanase and karuizawa need to be far lower especially karuizawa. Ryune is very high but not on the same level as manabu who is in a league of his own in narrative and respect as the only people who come close are tsuki and koenji and maybe ryuen.
I highly doubt he respects Kei that much. If anything, he's more mean towards her. You couldn't say you respect someone all while you call them a parasite. He might also have some mad respect for Koenji.

yeah he clearly stated at one point that he was very grateful for the education he received through the white room, and he also repeatedly complements Tsukishiro in his monologs. For example, he compliments Tsukishiro's unreadable iron mask.
I still think Shiro is gonna be on third year, this is gonna sound stupid but Shiro means "white" in japanesse, I dont actually think he escaped but that he was trained in a different way...
Ayanokoji's weakness is emotions and social skills, and it is evidently clear that if it weren't for the ishigami wanting to expel him because he was literally terrorizing the school, Ayanokoji would be in danger and he would be able to expel him, and the weakness of people who he has great social skills and emotions, he is his surroundings, in this case everything happens at once and so the person's mind ends up getting confused and giving like a bug, you know, so despite the great advantages that Yagami has at the same time, they are great franks. 🍷🗿🇧🇷
Don't think he would be a villain to Kiyo though, friendly rivalry definitely. I also hope they somehow find a way to transfer Shiro to ANHS to assist Suzune and her class against Kiyo. Cause that's the only way they can make it so Kiyo's defeat to Suzune in 3rd year seem believable lol.

Ayanokōji didn't care nor never cared about his Father. Especially since he usually calls him "that man" instead of addressing him as his dad makes it alot more clear

Ayanokoji doesnt respect anyone he can perfectly read that arent very useful tools to him or people that can change even the slightest bit of his personality. He has zero respect for 99% of the characters and full respect to a few. Esepcially not karuizawa. He would get to respect her if she can change him which she fails. She's a tool to him that he can easily read. He wants to make use of her fake a love for her to see her react and learn about love emotions. After hes got what he wants from her he will break her apart. Shes a discardable tool. A first experience that he will screw up and he does not want to screw up people he might care about in the future. Koenji hides what he is capable off and ayanokoji cannot read him as koenji never even tries but can easily solve hard questions seen in the math tournament thing and also is physicly very capable thus earned kiyotakas respect. Manabu is considered the at that point strongest and most qualified student and proven to be close to equal to himself, aswell as close to perfect in controlling his own emotions. Thus kiyotaka respects him. Ryuen falls in the "very useful tool" category. Ryue says true to his character. He's ohysicly capabke and doesnt have too bad academic results either. Also due to the fact he basicky assisted him in stockholm syndroming karuizawa he is held in high regards. Next to that due to their apparent rivalry with each other and they are in seperate classes, ayanokoji can hide his connection with him and use him in most critical times and meets ayanokojis expectations in the outcome thus earning his respect. Suzune originally fell into the great tool category as she was reliable on the surface and he could hide and puppeteer from behind. However suzune, when casually talking with ayanokoji, at some point made him unconsiosly smile. He smiled and did not notice himself and couldn't control him. That was the moment kiyotaka got very interested in suzune as she changed him and in his eyes made him lose control even if just the slightest bit. He's looking at her with both hope for him to change and great expectations. And no. The class B leader is basicly just karuizawa 2.0. He made sure to have her fall for him. He does not respect anyone he can completely control. Most of his tools he can influence to a certain degree, guide their direction and use certain tools for certain tasks depending on who could get the closest results to what he needs to be achieved without his further input. These are who he cannot fully control but guide. He can fully control karuizawa and her. He doesnt need reasoning or show benefits for the actions he ask them to do. They just follow orders of him more or less blindly. For both of them he rather has a negative level of respect due to that.
Sayin that ayanokoji doesnt respect koenji is just wrong. Factually. Same with kushida. He respects them both, koenji alot more, he consirers koenji as someone he cant manipulate and respects him for that, and he respects kushida for her creativity and planning during the 2nd class vote arc aka the second year class vote arc.
There's only one person he didn't respect in the class that's yamauchi. Koenji is the most respected by Ayanokouji in the class while Airi is expelled cause it is forced to do as Kushida wants to expel him and Shizune by "Agree" in the last question in a Year 2 Exam, not because he disrepect and expel but expel cause Airi is stuck behind and becomes unecessary for the improvement of the class, while Kushida, is important for the class but he consider her a danger and needs to be wiped out class B (They are currently class B now in light novel) but not before he can get access to all of her sources of information
I think the only person he doesn’t respect at all is Yamauchi. He’s the only dude Kiyo has shown absolutely zero care or interest towards, positive or negative, besides literal background characters. Plus, while I actually haven’t read volume 0 yet, he definitely seems to respect his father despite any animosity towards him. Edit: Also he definitely respects Tsukishiro and Shiba to some extent. I doubt he has too much respect for Manabe or Chie, but he definitely sees some use or value in them.
You said Koji considers Akito Miyake as a friend and has his respect by 20% but then go on to say He doesn't respect Sae Chabashira but you put the respect lvl at 25% 1:36 ???? This continued to happen throughout the whole video. And I'm surprised no one's commented about it
wtf is this? Ayanokouji doesnt care id somebody is useful for the class. He also doesnt lose respect to somebody if they tried to do something harmful to him. He also doesnt respect somebody due to their above avarage skill in a certain field. I wonder if the person making this read the novel
