I roll becouse gambling addiction tbh. I dont even care if the character is good, very often I will find em interesting regardless of design, kit, gender, whatever. I just like to have a ton of different characters and try to use them all becouse my adhd brain needs new shit or I'll get bored.

Know the feeling lol. Constantly do that in Genshin even if it's probably a bad idea when I have characters I know I want.

I've rolled because I think a character is either pretty or cute- yes I aim for waifus- sometimes rolling for that SR or 4* has nabbed me a husbando and I go WHY My take is boring- Recently I was told by a friend- they pull because- they want to "Relate to the character or "That they feel they can relate to them" and I find is a bit more interesting to mention-

Hey no shame in knowing what you want! I'd be lying if I said I don't roll for pretty characters myself when I've rolled for characters like Yae Miko and others before! Oh and I definitely understand rolling for a 4* and getting the 5* or someone I didn't want lol. That always feels weirdly bad. I think I kinda understand your friend a little bit, but that definitely sounds like an interesting way to roll!
