I don’t know for certain, especially with the brief snippet, but the melody and pacing felt close enough to spark a connection in my mind. I re-listened to “Corny Love Song” after hearing the snippet, and I wasn’t dissuaded from the feeling. I could be wrong, and also possible she was just noodling.

@@SerenityReacts I'm surprised that many people thought the same. If JYP had dropped Melissa at some stage, she might have been exposed to a lot of criticism, so in a sense, her decision to withdraw may have been the right thing to do.

I loved how much the all geeked out over everything there lol.

I'm disappointed we didn't get to see them chow down at the company's industry-renowned organic cafeteria. I have no doubt that'll be happening before the series is over.

That would be so cool! I feel like the odds may not be in favor for that group though. But what do I know LOL. Yes I thought that about auditions with Nizi season 1. Some of the girls dances seemed so mature it felt awkward to watch. But I know it’s just part of the Kpop culture. Plus the girls act so well you very easily can forget their ages.

So I watched the After party last night and he said that the rankings get crazy. People you might not think place high do. He said there was a big dynamic between the evaluations and rankings!

Without doing too much research, I do not believe that US child labor laws have any jurisdiction overseas. Given that many foreign trainees in Korea remain there for years while they're still minors, I suspect that agencies make arrangements for parents to sign over guardianship to certain designated staff members.

@@savoyspecial5731 I understand there was language in the contracts that stated that a guardian needed to accompany the minors. I don't know if its a labor law thing or whatnot

@kinkin6864 I'm sure there's something in the contract to cover this. What I'm saying is that it's likely done in accordance with either South Korean laws or international laws or both, but not US or Canadian laws (Camila is Canadian).

i think it’s gonna be the girls that sing the intro song at the beginning of the show that debut, i can’t really make out all their voices, but i hear camilla and kendall for sure, maybe kaylee too

Well I’m the preview I thought he was saying all that mean stuff to Lexus. But then in the next preview she seemed happy and so I’m super confused who he says that too but I’m worried about their vocals not being enough. But he made a comment in the after party that makes me thing someone from the lower rank will rise above others in this training!

As far as the water thing goes it could just be to promote healthier habits or so they are taken care of? The sticker thing made me think of little kids and caught me off guard. Its cute and serves its purpose but I definitely wasn't expecting that one LOL. I wasn't sure if they were gonna have to sing korean or not. I'm glad they have so far but I can't tell by the preview if all of them do or what. I'm nervous for whoever gets slammed for not doing better in vocal!

After season one I was going to do stray kids cause they my fav. I was planning on reacting to niziu debut series and their recently stuff. I’ve been also wanting to do reactions to stay kids performances and I’ve been given a list of songs to react too from comments on videos throughout! I do want to be able to grow as quickly as I can! It’s also hard and confusing cause I still don’t know exactly what yt will let me do 😅

@@SerenityReacts I wouldn’t focus on niziu after you finish this series. I think more people focus on k pop rather than J pop. Stray kids is a good idea. Might want to do a one off on The Rose. K rock. Pretty catchy song with their latest. Back to me.

Lol I think it was just more of the fact their favorite artist work there and it’s just like a famous building!! Not everywhere has tall buildings. Like I live in the country so I’m not use to tall buildings like that. So I know if I drive through a major city it sure is a site to see!

I disagree completely. K culture is becoming pretty big. I see republic records as wanting in on the action. There is a strategic formula why k pop is working better than any western system. They don't only focus on the music but entertaining. They have mastered it all. Music Video production singing and dancing. Fashion and make up. Etc. They create a brand that every major company wants to be tied to. The amount of revenue that could be made other than record sales is amazing. Therefore I see republic records as only in promoting the girls using the korean system. Blackpink and BTS alone gets billions of views on youtube . Remember there are roughly 7 billion people on earth. JYP is going to pick closer to 7 than 5. A2K is a test to see how powerful the korean entertainment system is. And I'm willing to bet if they are given good catchy songs they will capture a lot of youth in america. From a marketing stand point KG has to be in. A pretty Blonde white girl is needed. I saw a reaction video from a girl name sofia. She said what I was thinking. Sofia said, KG needs to represent all the blonde white girls. I'm willing to bet the white middle class spends more money on entertainment than any other group. Camila captures the latin america and Yuna captures the mexican base. Cristina and savannah have a shot of appealling to the black base. An of course Kaylee represents korea and Kendal Gina and Lexus represent the asian/white mix. What a colorful group to capture america. I shall not be proven wrong.
