Thank you so much for being so brave and opening a door for healing that others can identify with and follow or even experience in sunlight! Shame buries most of us in secrets. I've spent most of my adult life trying to escape the gravity of similar experiences. There really isn't any self-help guru style "rising above it" that works permanently. I've tried them all! In the end the only way to it is through it. Your willingness to do this, or do whatever it takes is truly inspirational!
I am super sorry you had to go through that. You seem like a very resilient person. I don't understand how people can hurt others so much, blood related or otherwise. You are inspirational and seem like you have a really bright positive life you've transformed from your pain, good job!! =]
