i am a fan of both. First Texas does a great job of moving up the incentive money the more you spend on design. ( Spend 25 get 10, spend 50 get 25. It usually changes based on season and community. My biggest downside to FT is they are usually significantly slower in their build times. Highland is one of my favs here in DFW. I think their quality is great and value for the price is there. You can't go wrong with either. For me it would come down to floor plan, Lot size, # of garages for the price and incentive money. Which community are yall looking at?
@@keatonmiles7084 highland services their own warranty in house. I believe first Texas uses a third party so I would say highland wins in that regard. But I think in soltera first Texas has the larger lot sizes which would be something to consider. Would love to help y’all get that taken care of in soltera. Really excited about what’s happening there.
