Mark: but you cant "live" w/o Co2?? Brit:??? Mark: could you kill BB or Thragg before they go on rampage and kill everybody on Earth except, of course, you?
@@NewSage does Brit need to breathe, cuz if so anyone who could physically overpower him could simply choke him to death. Doubt it tho, as the ridiculously icanbeatanyonewithpreptime best tiger opted to just yeet him into another dimension.
@@seppkolen4188 Well Brit's powers are essentially supernatural in nature, while the Viltrumite DNA only really overwrites the genetic side of things... All the while that even then, in the case of human hybrids like Mark, it took over 18 years before their Viltrumite side awakened. So TLDR if Brit had a kid with a Viltrumite, it's like the kid would grow into a Viltrumite + Invulnerability, after 18 years of being a human.
@@zettovii1367 then mate that kid with a kryptonian. Then that kid with one of Martian man hunters kind. Then that kid with yoda. Then that kid with. Human. Then that kid with a viltramite to get those human features back. The boom. You have batman
It’s a play on Batman doing that to the justice league, but unlike Batman he will tell you to your face that he knows how to kill you and has measures in place to do so.
best tiger is the dopest in the series, when zandale asked if he was blind(cause of the bandana on the eyes) he just said, nah its just so aiming is more challenge
You know the best superpower to have is really just being indestructible. You don't need insurance and you can do whatever you want to yourself without much consequences.
I'd say shock absorption would one up that since you could survive a whole lot of damage and still save people. E.g.- catch someone who fell from high up and not break something of there's or yours
@@fornax4676 say you get trapped somewhere with no chance to escape. Now you’re indestructible so you can’t die from most conventional means and definitely can’t kill yourself to free yourself from the hopelessness. Therefore, you’d have to simply sit and wait before you either die of malnutrition/dehydration (if you even can) or live there for eternity
I mean to be fair, if your body is actually indestructible then there's technically no limit to your own physical strength because your muscles can't tear, though it wouldn't really look like super strength
Really if your muscles couldn't tear you'd be stuck at the same strength forever. Thats how muscle grows, you damage it by lifting heavy things and your body repairs/improves it while resting.
@@dylangriffin4230 he's already at peak human strength, besides his muscles can't be torn, so long as a sufficient stimulus caused them to contract it wouldn't matter what the resistance would be it would still contract
@@visiblydisturbed1688 Yeah, but his own physical strength still wouldn't be limitless. Like if he was pushed down by something beyond what he could lift/push back up, he'd be stuck. So like if he was benching something too heavy for himself, yeah his muscles could do the concentric contraction but would need help from an outside factor like somebody else to do the eccentric contraction.
@@dylangriffin4230 I said his strength was technically limitless because an unbreakable material contracting would still be able to pull any amount of weight, that's why I said it wouldn't look like super strength, just like how a steel cable can pull more than a rope
@@comicsage5799 just go to their site, they have a wide catalogue of comics covering all kinds of genres, its the reason why I always loved Image and Darkhorse because they are the closest things to a western version of ShonenJump
There's only three youtube creators that gets automatic likes from me. Before the video even start. You're one of the three. Because your content never disappoints.
@@iamacat9400 he would probably fall on unconscious, he probably needs air. But since his cells are indestructible, they won't die due to oxygen starvation, so he'll just wake up once there is air again.
@@playerback7722 He can easily get hurt by other people with the same or higher amount of super strength (Which there are a lot of dudes with super strength of that magnitude) although he does have a healing factor that can save him from having his guts out in the open he is more hard to kill but easier to hurt which is why i think he has weaker durability than some of the other super powered dudes out there
Yeah! I didn't think about that. But it's so true! 💯😎👍🏼 And I think you're about 10th or so. Mere seconds made the difference, bro! Regardless, you're here SUPER early though!
Never read the comics so don't know if this happens. I would love to see him suggesting or someone just picking him up and using him as an indestructible human club.
In the comics he dont appear too much but he basicaly never face any danger. He never got hurt and If I recall perfectly he wasnt arrested when Robot started to pursuit the super heroes. Not Even Thragg or Battle Beast would be able to hurt him.
Except Logan can be harmed, he just heals quickly. Brit can't be harmed in the first place. He can literally take a nuke to the face without blinking. Even Logan can't do that.
@@NevTheDeranged It’s meant to compare their backstories as old men from before the World Wars, and their assets as members of the government, and their general aesthetic. It’s not mean to be a 1to1 observation of heir ability set.
I love this character, even if he could be defeated just by locking him in a safe and throwing it in the ocean. Or space. Actually I can't remember if he needs to breathe or not... I know Viltrumites can be asphyxiated... eventually.
As I remember, while his sister was stronger, she didn't have the level of invulnerability that Brit had. Also, while Invincible started out at a lesser power level, Viltrumites grew in power as they aged and used their abilities more. By the end of the series, he was far more powerful than when he started.
you got me in the first few mins of the vid already man, unfortunately I cant watch the vid till the end other wise I'm gonna spoil myself for the comic books!
Brit and his sister appear to be two fun characters to get into. I hope Image comics keeps them on this track, a fun one with their storylines. Again my brother New Sage you never fail to meet the grand expectations that I have when on this channel, as you would say, translation fantastic, fun and very cool narration, video and content as I have come to expect and very much so appreciate. Yes my brother always may all the blessings of GOD continue to be bestowed upon you and your family with all HIS love and brilliant light in the name of our Lord and savior JESUS CHRIST by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT; keep shining my brother, I see you. Stay encouraged, keep inspiring all to greatness as you do and you know...stay frosty.
Several years back when netflixs was having problems with the possible futures of their Marvel characters, I suggested they just grab on to some Image characters and run with it. I'm glad Prime did and I'm thinking we will see that expanded hopefully to other characters like Brit and others. Thanks Again Sir Sage.
I was literally reading Invincible yesterday and saw "Brit" for the first time taking on "Omnipotus", so this video couldn't have come at a better time!
As soon as i got a break at work it was sage time lets keep the image train rolling u are the sage sage loving this content thank u be safe hear from u in a couple days
Brit sounds awesome, I can't wait to see Brit on the Invincible show on Amazon. I guess the MCU can move over, Here comes the Image Comics Cinematic Universe.
Yeah he has . Spoiler When evil alternate versions of Mark invaded earth Brit and Donald were able to kill one . He was unharmed but stated he hopes he never has to do that again . also more end of comic spoilers Brits son took a haymaker to the face from Marks daughter and was totally fine he just laughed it off.
I like "Grrl Power's" Achilles best when it comes to indestructability. He simply can't be harmed by ANYTHING, even time (no aging at all since he got his power). The worst that happens is that he can get bored being trapped under tons of stuff or floating out in space til someone/something finds him.
@Acysu U are dumb... He would not get out of the sun because it seems that he cannot fly. So he would be caught forever. And there is no oxygen and no food...
I wanna know how a pipe would kill her she is immortal and has a healing factor almost wolverine like thanks to her soul self and has months worth of stamina it's like the writers wanted to take a whole dumb on raven in this movie and let's not forget how they uselessly wasted the white raven who could've one shot apokolips into oblivion zero diffi the same white raven who is literally related to the nexus of realities and 3D omniversal
To be fair she had spent a year (I think) trying to contain a rampaging Trigon, all the while trying to survive Darkseid's conquest of Earth so it made sense she was vastly weaker than normal.
@@teodellorcio4590 raven has been fighting her father since childhood she has a massive pain tolerance in the comics lol and they seriosuly think a pipe would end her raven also has cosmic awareness too and matter manipulation and resurrection abilities and absorbing abilities are insane raven took down a bloodlusted orion and beat diana in her golden form too in base she was full blown psionic in her 80s comics classic raven could react to speedsters and casually caught up with wally west in the speed force and she once flew so fast that parallax couldn't even catch her and let's not forget that she has eye lasers and long nails to scratch out her brother's heart etc raven also is no regular demon she scales to a hell lord in other words she's far higher than base level heroes who are below herald level characters.
When I first clicked on this video and I saw the title, I thought "wow yet another overpowered super strong douchebag in comics. Because that's what the world needs another one of!!" At 0:20 I see his first comic written by Alan Moore!.............. "Okay wait hold on!!!! let's, let's, hear this guy out! let's give him a chance!!"
The thing is, the brain is powerful enough to motivate a person to lift a car, with the drawbacks being your brain stopping you from injuring yourself because your body isn't anywhere near as strong to be be able to do that Since Brit is completely immune to harm, he can probably throw punches hard enough to shatter solid rock, and throw around cars with ease.
You can tell alot of people are brand new to invincible comics. Theyre so used to the typical anime or marvel/dc formula that when approached by a truly mature comic, theyre completely confuddled by it. Especially since alot of people seem to think Mark Grayson is supposed to be some kind of "one punch man" cuz his super hero name is "invincible" and to that all i can say is; youre missing the point
I wonder if they use the same idea for Brit, as the webcomic Grrl Power's character 'Achilles'. Same kind of idea, where literally nothing can actually damage him, but he's stronger because of the negation of the internal limiter humans have for muscles and bones, like how there are reports of people lifting and moving cars from adrenaline overload.
