u could fs make stuff similar, id start off finding a video editing software u like. i use sony vegas but im p sure other editing softwares are way better its just what im used to, but if you search up tutorials for which software u decide on it shouldnt take u too long to learn, ud get background footage through youtube to mp4, background music for the vid using youtube to mp3 and then just overlay ur voice, lmk if u make a channel for it and ill sub gl bro❤️
