I work in a hair salon. Washing your hair twice a week is perfect! Over washing can cause dryness and or excessive oil to the scalp. Use dry shampoo when needed and you’re good to go! Not sure how I found you guys but glad I did. You guys are awesome!

oh my gosh! i have a fear of small holes too! one time i burned milk in a pot and there were all these tiny holes on the bottom (looked like a bee hive) and i wanted to vomit it was so gross. didn’t know this was an actual thing haha but i literally get goose bumps just thinking about it
