Neil Bogart was a key figure in the development of the original KISS line-up from 1973-1982. After original manager Bill Auction, Neil was probably the 2nd most important person in bringing KISS to the top of the world.
Neil Bogart worked his whole life in the music industry ever since he graduated from the High School Of The Performing Arts, until his untimely death in 1982.
