STORY:
Heather returns with Unfinished Business - that business being finally admitting how much she loves Ronnie. And trying to do it in a way thats not... mean lol
I was originally going to have her at the end turn into a more "human" form again but... I like how she looks like this so that can happen off screen (or maybe now she's like Danny Phantom and sometimes can just Go Ghost lmfao)
Veronica's just thrilled that it's one less thing she has to feel as tremendously guilty about lol

To go more into it, if Martha can have known and hung out with Duke and Ram it is just as equally likely that Veronica and Heather knew each other. Veronica is Heather's "Kindergarten Girlfriend" if you will.
They start drifting apart in middle school when Veronica persists on hanging out with Martha instead of teaming up with her on her quest to become an uber popular kid (with help of hanging out with the rich kids like Heather Mac) she's pretty jaded that Veronica would chose Martha over her. Friendship ends poorly. An even more jaded Heather persists on her rise to the top of the food chain.
By the time they reach High School they are virtually unrecognizable to what they used to be. Veronica especially being much more withdrawn/antisocial which is why it took Heather a second to recognize her when V shows up in the bathroom with the hall pass in "Beautiful"
Despite their previous altercation, Veronica wants in on the group because she doesn't want to be bullied any more. And Heather is willing to take her in given her latent feelings and wants to make amends (Til V starts defending Martha again, and gets with JD)
Soooo yeah, hope you like it lol!
