WHO IS SHERRIF KAISI? 

He is the political scientist and the Registrar at International College of Business and Management and Dean at Blantyre International University. He was once a soldier at the Malawi Armed Forces and was working at the Kamuzu Barracks.
He was born in 1975 and got his bachelor's degree in Quran Sciences and Public Administration from the Kuliya University in Libya and did his Master's in Political Science in Malaysia at the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
