Hey shred, looking for some knowledge. My cars has a 35/65 WD, a cross weight of 50/50 @ 666.0/664.3, L/R weight 50/50 @ 663.0/667.3, L-234.2, R-237.2, LR-428.8, RR-430.1, R total 858.9, F total 471.4. I only have 10w oil, currently waiting on my others to come in. What i have is front 6 hole piston @ 1.5mm(more/less) 10w oil with soft spring, rear 4 hole piston @ 1.5mm(more/less) 10w oil with a medium spring.. front feels nice. Dives, lifts, and does what it needs to but it seens to lack just a tad bit. The rear i feel needs more movment or i guess side bite? Should me switching the rear spring to stock (id say its super soft) give me what im looking for with maybe a heavier oil? I got about 4mm/4° of squat on rear and 1mm/1° anti dive on front. When my oils come in, i do plan to run maybe 15w/30w up front. Would running 20w-40w be too much? Do i got this baclwards?. Appreciate you brother.

Thats all so subjective man, I cant tell you whats going to be better or worse, thats something you need to figure out for the feel and driving style you want. I dont really thing too much into shocks since i run on polished concrete the shocks are not doing a whole lot other than holding the chassis up so I have mine as free moving as possible.

I eventually went with a stock spring in rear with 4 hole piston 1.5mm 15wt(Team losi) , the fronts I have soft/med - med spring with an 8 hole on 20wt(team losi) if upping the wt doesn't get me where I want, I'll try go back to a 6 hole piston and work up from there. wether you offer advice or not, you're still a big help man regardless. Appreciate you.
