CW Flash outran a Nuke that was exploding for hours then accidentally sped up the explosion and continued to run around for a couple more hours. I think he has more endurance. Bart takin a hit from megablox Doomsday probably makes him more durable. Not a higher level of endurance.
Barry takes it mid diff if base and negative diff if it’s positive flash. Barry’s AP scales planetary at least and from what I remember bart only time traveled due to an accident. Barry wins because he’s faster, has haxs, is smarter, and isn’t arrogant(at least not as much as bart). Also should I point out that barry had his potential unleashed.

Barry in season 5 ran around the earth several times a second and in season 4 ran so fast that a breach couldn’t be opened with a breach opening in 3 picoseconds. Barry in season 8 is massively faster then season to a point that his speed from those seasons are motionless to him. Barry is also a csi who figured out savitar’s identity, invented new techniques on the fly, and has experienced all of time simultaneously.

Its kinda unfair because Bart was a side character in Smallville so they took liberties with his powers by making him a walking plot device... they literally made Bart fast enough to speedblitz fricking "Superman" in the first episode he was introduced. Like wtf? On the other hand Barry was the main character in his own show so he was subject to shitty CW writing such as being tagged by normal arrows and subsonic villains of the week. I only give Barry the intelligence going off the limited seasons of Flash I've seen. Bart wins 7/10.

All I remember is that Bart left more of a impression on me than CW Flash who was inconsistent in terms of power and was poorly written. According to Vs Battle wiki CW Flash with no amps is only small city level at maximum power. Whereas Smallvile Bart was apparently Dwarf star level and has hax abilities such as speed steal lool. Now I'm refreshing my memory its no longer 7/10 victory to Smallville Bart... Its looking like a 10/10 curbstomp in favour of Smallvile Bart.
