People are praising his skating but what impressed me the most is how well spoken this kid is... very articulated for a 10 year old. He got all the tools already so it's safe to say that his parents also did a heck of a job nurturing this young man. Wish you a long and successful future in whatever you do
You said km so I assume your not from the us but ayy don't get discouraged I'm 24 too it took me a while to get to where I am skating just practice and what I did was I just watched closely how other people did shit I learn visually but I know skateboarding isn't the same across the board wherever your at just find some background and any beginner skater will tell you if you got a backpack you got an obstacle
I really hope this kid stays out of trouble and continues to excel at skating. Definitely a young pro in the making! This kid is more than half my age. That being said, in some way shape or form I’m inspired by him. This young man has an incredible future ahead of him🤘🏼🏁
Skating like that and having that appearance, I would be very surprised if he didn't spend a lot of time skating with people considerably older than him. If that's true, they seem to be doing a great job. I particurlarly loved that bit at the end when he says "I don't want to think about it, but I don't think I'll ever stop skating". That shows that he understands that, growing up from such a young age, he can change a lot. So yeah, I agree. Definitely not* your average 10yo. I hope he suceeds in life! I mean, seems like he's on the right track!! * edit
As a six year old aspiring skateboarder, I genuinely hope to become as talented as this by ten. With his clean style and fearless perseverance, he’s the type of specimen my friends and I can look up to whilst prepping for first grade next year.
get this kid a helmet come on man. so much potential just hope he doesn’t send it too hard before really getting his muscles developed to protect that noggin
i agree kids have more fragile bodies and if he hit his head in a bad way it’d be a shame if he got paralyzed or some shit and destroy his career at such a young age
Maybe lazy isn’t the right word. Some people have a hard time expressing themselves with words so they do it in other ways. Fighters, artists, and action sports athletes.
@@RickySpanish168 bruh, banging head onto concrete is no bueno. You can get a TBI easier than you think skating huge stair sets and rails. Not trying to be a downer but you have to think in the long run with this shit (especially for someone with pro potential.) Why put all the pain, effort and time to become a good street skater just to let one mistake turn you into a vegetable?
@@Coleman_H i see your point, really i do, but this kid wants to be a real street skater. not some helmet contest dude. it sucks to say but not wearing a helmet does indeed make it look more gnarly and impressive. maybe he could get away with it for a few years but eventually people wouldn’t take him serious.
@@RickySpanish168 all I'm saying is that while he's little and get away with wearing one it wld prolly b better for his career and life as a whole. Not telling him what to do at all, j get scared for him😹
Great seeing these new generation of young and talented slaters. Stick to that 7.625 n 7.75. Never quit never stop! Outsiders for Life! Just some Beginners Luck! Keep Ripping lil Brodi, your talented. Stay progressing stay networked in. Stay Blessed!
i mean ill be honest if this was any other kid at his age with normal mentality its not drip. but this kid has confidence and thats the strongest drip tool of them all so he can basically dress how ever he wants at this point and say "well, im skate culture, get better then me and we will talk"
honestly. i can live with some child prodigy being better than me at everything i do. but this kid has STYLE and attitude. what the hell why is a 10 year old just straight up cooler than me.
i felt inside of me watching this fuck he needs an helmet but yo its skateboard everything he does is 40% less stylish with helmet its for real skateboarder dont wear protec gear
Helmets are overrated. I've skated 20 years and never known anyone have a serious head injury. I doubt there are stats available, but head injury is not common in skateboarding. He's more likely to get a head injury playing soccer.
@@MrDavidFitzgerald David you are not a doctor. You are a guy who values style over your health. Its time to man up and put on your helmet when you skate. Its not about how often a skateboard injury occurs. Its about the consequences of hitting your head once. Its not hard to tell that flying down stairs, hitting big hills, and board sliding a rail is a dangerous thing to do. Besides why would you not want to wear your helmet? You will feel more comfortable trying tricks. So many skateboarders are so trapped in their own pride that they won't wear a helmet. No wonder so many parents don't like skateboarders because they refuse to be smart a lot of the times. They don't wear helmets, get in peoples way, and think they can skate whatever property they want. I am a skateboarder so I am not knew to this.
This kid was evidently raised well. His mannerisms and his responses to the questions were definitely beyond a regular 10 yr old's. Godspeed Gutierrez, keep that attitude and you'll be pro for sure
i remember being 8 saying i'd never stop skating...now me being 20 i havent lately like i use to but my love for its history and the culture just keeps growing stronger lmfao, i see a bright future for lil man fr
Yo this kid is for sure going pro, but if he’s been slamming like that since he was THREE, I sure hope he watches his head and takes good care of his body. I can’t even conceive that level of send in a 10 year old.
When I was 10. I was learning fractions. I'm 34 now and just bought my first skateboard last week. Hope to ollie and kickflip one day. If I can do that, I will have accomplished my goal. Thanks for reading.
@@ogposer thanks. But I first have to learn to stay on the board. Lol. The board slipped forward from right underneath my feet and I fell on my butt. So for now, I will first learn to ride. Thanks! I hope so!
@@javierv.5242 when you ride you should keep your weight on the front foot, because while your back foot pushing you staying on your front foot only, so you forced to keep your balance on one foot that stay on the board, while other one is in the air. But when you push and return your back foot on the board, you can move your weight somewhere in the center between your feet.(but you also can leave you weight on the front foot as you was before, if you want to fast acceleration). When you pushing, your feet staying along the board and your body turned forward, but already a little diagonal, so your leading foot and shoulder is pointing little forward comparing to your other half of body; and when you don't need to accelerate no more you put your back foot on the board, turn your front foot perpendecularly to the board, and then turn your back foot and whole body this way, so line of your shoulders become parallel with your board. In this position your heels and toes is pressing on the concaves, so if you want to turn front you move more weight and pressure on the toes, if you want to turn back you put more weight and pressure on your heels. This is how I see the basics of riding, if it can helps you
@@ogposer this is very great thank you! Almost 20 years ago, I rode goofy on my friend's board. I didn't ride much but now I'm trying to ride regular too. My only problem is my shoes stick to the grip tape so it is difficult to move them while I'm on the board. Do I need skate shoes specifically?
@@javierv.5242 any other shoes would stick on your griptape too because it's grippy, you should lift your foot up a little before you turn it, because it wouldn't move if you tried to just drag it on the griptape
Get this kid a helmet. I don’t understand the anti-helmet culture in skating. As someone that works with athletes who have sustained concussions and other brain injuries, it’s important.
