The first time I encountered this event I befriended the little guy assuming they'd be a relic buddy or something, and instead it turned all my tutorial popups back on. I EMP the damn thing as soon as I see it now.

Advisor is billions of years od. So when you scrap him for 5 minerals billions if years of knowledge is lost, the advisor guided fallen empires and lived through crises and you just scrapped hom.😂
