Naw she ain't. Now, I'd say yes cause of Furina but for the longest time she ain't. I've been maining her since early 2021 and here are the reasons why she's a high investment character: >Reqs c6 to be actually good >Massive energy problems, against single targets when not running fav gs >Redhorn and SS are miles better than WB for main dos noelle >She's a bad overworld option >The only way to play Noelle b4 furina is through geo teams >Before husk, both bolide and glad set was underwhelming >Lots of other dps units will have a better performance with the same investment After furina, I'd honestly say she's better than c0 Itto for certain teams especially her hydro team. But before all that, she requires a ton of investment to be good.

Noelle is my first slot char and she carried me far too long. She is the best.

"compete" is putting her too highly, she still needs a shit ton of investment compared to other 5* to be even compete with them

by like 1-1.5 second, rewatch the navia run, furina summon doesn't really deal that much damage to raiden its 98.9999% Navia damage

He used healing mode because everyone started at half hp and waited for the c4 shield to explode for bigger burst dmg, furina dmg mode would probably take more time to ramp up the dmg and require the shield to not explode.

@@choco5629 venti or kazuha for CC makes up for it if enemies can get vacuumed like the abyss lectors. Also navia can take advantage of aoe units like bennett xiangling combo. Or even put beidou in her team and do double electro and still do fine. There’s so much way on how you deal with mobbing.

@lsnexus2080 If you bring kazuha to the equation then OF COURSE its gonna get easier, but that would not be efficient for having a navia hyper carry team. If you add kazuha she is just gonna be there for extra damage. Althoug venti has better crowd control than kazuha its onyl for those smaller enemies seen in the 9 and 10 abyss stages. Navia isnt a bad character, but people overrate her because of her nukes. When people say she is ahead of other geo dpss, which is literally only itto it confuses me because she really isnt THAT crazy, she is just very fun

@@LuizHenrique9406 His base attack is 302, he is a Main DPS Pyro in Plunging attacks , the plunging attack of his elemental skill at level 13 is 487% with a short CD, Scaling one of the two Man Chai dragons from his ultimate (which not only heals you but also resets the CD of his elemental) is 787%, you can roll two if you have more than 50% life It is worth clarifying that logically the damage of the Man Chai of his ultimate will not be benefited by buffs from Plunging attacks but it is still very high. His C6 gives you 80% Crit value, 20% Crit Rate and 40% critic damage. Adding that he damage and heals himself, he synergy with Furina in vaporized forms will be perfect. His passive talent increases the damage of his descendants, Xianyun is a Furina Buffer of Plunging attacks with her passive talent and her buff is doubled at C2, adding the buff of her weapon if you are capricious The only thing I'm not aware of is if she can do double swirl (Pyro and Hydro) to be able to lower double elemental resistance with the anemo set. Already his escalate are much greater than Diluc plunging attacks, his damage will be immense. Just look up Diluc Dragon Strike's performance and you'll get an idea. The best thing for me is his beautiful Gameplay, how good its his performance is speculative but it promises too much.

@@lucklei4665 it isn't as easy, but yes, she does. you can do 30~40k with a c0 noelle nowadays, which is plenty for abyss if you put some turrets with her (well furina is a turret so there, solved). that's without a redhorn, just an r5 whiteblind. abyss ain't much of a benchmark anymore tbh. Plus, she doesn't need to carry, her best party at c0 is as a driver, not a carry. Works on national, hyperbloom, monohydro and a few others.

But she is ugly and very boring with that slow attacks she do...

Bennetʼs buff gives attack% and Noell damages with deff if she is C6

@@paraly8957 Navia is imo just better for combat. Unless you have Noelle’s burst up but not Navia’s, because then you can use Noelle to get more crystals (you want as many crystals as you can, ho to 3 per shot, before firing with Navia if possible. But her cooldown is fast enough not to worry about it too much). But you could certainly use Noelle most of the time, she is a bit tougher so you could prefer her if the enemy hits too hard.

you are forgetting something pal. navia's downtime has Navia's NA damage + off-field damage. in this case Furina. you add them up and compute as total. Itto has no one in his team except him who does damage. replay the video and you will see Navia hitting 30-50k damage with her NA's and around 20k crits on ULT. Furina is doing 8k - 31k depending on which summon hits the enemy. there's so much damage going on with Navia so if Itto is doing 110k+ hits, you need to compute how much damage the entire team did. - this is what makes Itto weaker than Navia in overall regardless of enemies Mobbing or Single target. do note that Navia can use Xiangling Bennett too. or can even use Hyperbloom since she's so versatile. and in cases where you need to fight elemental shields, Itto gets fucked up while Navia can use anyone. in this abyss rotation, there's 2 pyro lectors. let it be cryo, electro or hydro, Navia can deal with them easily since you can slot 2hydro, 2electro, 2pyro, or even 2cryo in her team and clear any abyss rotation. while Itto will want 3 Geo in his team which means harder to counter abyss rotations with elemental shields. in real scenario you will want navia more than itto due to these cases. the only time Itto would be able to compete is when Abyss rotations becomes neutral with zero elemental shields. but that only happens very rarely as abyss floors lately has tons of them. Navia can clear every enemies itto does, but same cannot be said to itto. the clear times would be so much different. also when support buffers end, that goes the same to Itto. his burst ends and the team will need to rotate for another round of buffs. - Navia team will have to rotate as well. now the more your account has invested units, Navia will skyrocket her team damage than Itto. what if you do Navia Raiden(C2) Bennett Furina? it works well too since Navia wouldn't need to rely on second Geo since Raiden can make her burst 100% uptime giving crystalize shards and Raiden has infinite skill uptime to create crystalize? Navia can do subdps since that Raiden will slap hard. and her infusion window is just 7s. going back to navia that will be unlimited rotation of burst damage. and if Furina has her c1/c2 then the more Navia team will get stronger. team becomes better due to how her mechanics work. Itto doesn't have this kind of flexibility. his peak of damage is already there. do note that if the player has max talent furina, it means Navia won't have her max talent as well. also, most players does not have her best in slot artifacts(with really great substats) which has 18% atk and 50% geo damage set which makes her entire kit stronger and not only her "skill". we are missing more damage multipliers and yet she already performs like this.

@@lsnexus2080 But you are also forgetting something, in Arataki Ittou's team there is one of the best sub dps on the field, Albedo. A well-built albedo can deal damage from 30k to 70k damage per Isotone explosion, which Arataki Ittou can do easily with his charges, as can Navia, except that her basic ones are slow in comparison. And the teams you describe with Raiden are pure Copium, even more so with the attempts to put any element that doesn't buff her to increase her elemental damage, you just want to justify her game now because you can make teams with other elements and you pair her with anyone without think of nothing. Basically, you make her lose damage and create a team with Raiden C2 claiming that Navia will excel on said team, but all you will do is nuck with a Raide, bruh. The worst of all is that you lose geo consonance by making a tremendous copy of: Navia, Furina, Benett and Raiden C2. It's stupid. All that's not counting the time it takes him to find or reload his bullets, and it's probably 1 shotgun blast every 3 seconds...that shit isn't DPS damage at all. In 3 seconds ittou already made 3 consecutive charged attacks. If you want to take advantage of her elemental damage, instead of Raiden is to team up with Furina and Benett, with the hope that Chiori will be the ideal geo support for her in the future.

I have the Geo characters from the game, I know what I'm saying...you don't even take into account the reloads of Navia's bullets, I bet you think she reloads them quickly with the Ulti and you don't see that there is a time between reloading by enemy hit. Ittou does damage faster than Navia does 2 full bullet shots. You can go and try as many times as you want, you can't change that. The chances of you reloading 6 bullets in 0.5 seconds after the first shot is 1 in 1 million. Impossible for anyone, for that reason Navia is not DPS. And yes, that team with Raiden C2 is tremendous copium, do you know why? Because it's not a Navia team...it's just a team for Raiden, that's why it's done "fast", and much more than Ittou, I don't dispute that...but putting Navia in that team is tremendous copium, no brings up nothing, it will just ruin the rotation for a Raiden C2. I don't think even you know what you're saying, and something tells me that you haven't tried Navia to the fullest. No one in their right mind believes it can be DPS, much less believe that you can load all the bullets after one shot. Navia doesn't need furina and benny. She can use them but she's the most flexible geo unit in the game.

Noelle is not flexible, she's literally just a dps and just a main dps at that. No one uses her for heals or shields aside from Furina teams which is worse than Navia teams. Noelle and Itto are simply worse than Navia

C6 Furina. She is a buffer, subdps, offield hydro applicator, healer, frontloaded dps, tanker too because of high HP and most of all she doesn't suffer from energy issues. The only role she cannot fill is shielder and crowd controller and if the cryo archon become all of those roles at C6 then she would be the ultimate character but until then it is Furina for now 😅😅😅

C6 Furina also costs like both kidneys and a couple semesters of tuition so.... Ouch.

It helps her to use the artifact "song of days of past" Which boosts dmg bonus of on field character like itto, Noelle by a lot It's sad we can't use that for navia since she needs crystal shards formed from crystallize reaction which can only be done with hydro aura provided by furina.

It's fun using them together. My noelle's party doesn't allow navia to do her best damage, but still, the moment noelle's 4th hit lands, swap navia in, hit 250k, then swap back to noelle and do it again. it's very fun to do and quite strong. using navia like this is actually better than albedo and yunjin for noelle, believe it or not. that is, if your navia can pull this type of damage without bennet. otherwise maybe not, albedo is too easy and comf to build and use.

If you like her yh you can c6 her she’ll be nice to have but she’s not that much valuable compared to other sub-dps/dps for an account like xiangling, xingqiu, fischl etc…

Meanwhile main dps(Like Noelle) are kinda not that important, because the main dps without the right units are bad. On the other hand you can make a effective comp with only sub dps/support characters.

Yunjin is definitely not for Itto, his burst swings are all charge attacks, while Yunjin only buff normal attacks.

lol why would you even suggest that? both are pretty cracked. noelle's build might be the weaker one here. My noelle definitely does more damage per hit than my itto at their best. their dps is similar because itto hits faster.

Just for its elemental damage, in dps damage ittou is still better. It's all about CD, both Navia's elemental skill and the supports Ultimate that come with it. The time she spends her 2 skills, getting crystallized to maximize damage, and the supports buffs cause her damage not to be per second. Especially the crystallized ones, hopefully after the first shot you can get 3 crystals + 3 bullets for Navia's Ultimate, then you have 5 seconds of downtime while you repeat the same process of collecting crystals. Ittou is still the best dps.

yunjin is a massive bonus over zhongli for noelle dps. mine hits harder than this even outside of raiden's vulnerability phase. but this isn't a bad team either. noelle's damage is just more spread out, and this showcase favors navia's frontloaded damage. only one enemy, only one wave, and it does well within her first rotation. plus this navia is pretty cracked.

Exactly, problems with hyper carries is that you have to sacrifice some dmg stats in order to build more er, same with itto Navia doesn't have that problem!!

@fengsanlian Navia doesn't have energy issues but she has her damage output drastically kneecapped without a full team of supports constanty generating reactions. Energy is easy to overcome.

I think its likely those character will be support for neuvi not itto so its likely those character will not be geo but hydro. I mean the current character that can buff charge attack(layla with constelation) synergized well with neuvi. And who the heck itto so hoyo would look at him? from liyue? no... Important character that regularly appear? not really.. So i doubt hoyo will buff him.. Beside, he already fun to play now. If hoyo want to revive geo, they would make crystalize easier to do because now, navia the only one can use it.. We dont even have navia cheap 4 star copycat

Gorou was for Itto, it is believed that Chiori will be for Navia.

Some leaks said that chiori would use the cristalyse reaction to buff the team depending on the element of the shard, not sure if it will work for itto tho ...

@@jeezycata4662 gorou still enables geo resonance, gives 15% geo damage, 500 def, a lot of energy comfort and yunjin is the useless one for itto, she doesn't buff charged attacks. albedo is more of a 3rd slot and honestly if your itto is strong enough it's better to just buff him instead.

@@GenshinYuppe Im a Noelle main and from my testing Albedo provides 1. Way more off field particle generation than gorou and 2. Way more team DPS than gorou buffs gives me. Yes Noelle and Itto aren't 1:1 comparable but Albedo dmg with furina is just way more than a gorou could ever provide. Edit: Only if Albedo flowers survive, so I mostly use him in the non Boss half of the abyss

@@jeezycata4662 that's case by case. it might be true for you, but definitely isn't for me. gorou with favonius and exile is a must to battery my noelle. Each time he casts it, it fills a third of noelle's energy. and he can do it every two full combos she does. (he SHOULD do it too, to keep his crit buf going). that's way more energy than albedo generates (he does generate a lot though, for being purely off-field, he is by far the best one for that). besides, with noelle, why not both? gorou is one of the few good albedo buffers. if you really want albedo, the best noelle team for it is furina gorou albedo and noelle. Albedo is a great unit, but he has been having a bad time in the abyss, because a lot of the chambers outright do not let his flower stay alive, if it even gets successfully put down to begin with. it's really frustrating, i wish they fixed that.
